Terribly overpriced and poor customer service. Charged nearly $800 over what should have been once they broke the pricing down. Couldn't explain the extra cost and was lied to repeatedly by multiple employees. Received quotes from other companies after the fact, of course, and they came under half the price for the work that was performed by Right Now ($1,400 vs $600). Also, but accredited by the BBB; couldn't imagine why. Not worth it at all. Would recommend any other company for your hvac needs.

I would not recommend Right Now Heating and Plumbing. Beware the bait-and-switch. Although the installation crew was outstanding, it seems reasonable to expect that Right Now would replace your old furnace with an equivalent unit instead of a smaller one, and not put up a fuss when the issue was raised. Our situation was a clogged furnace intake air vent needed repair. Our old furnace would not start because the vent had become clogged after a recent roof repair (different company). Their solution was to replace the entire furnace-not entirely unreasonable given the age of our house. The problem is that the replacement furnace was almost 20% smaller (in heating capacity), with no explanation as to why. I discovered this when I looked at the new unit sitting in the driveway while our old furnace was being dismantled. After some difficult phone calls, I accepted the new unit at a reduced price. Yes, I did accept the new furnace, but this was not the best solution in my opinion. The winter was mild this year, not a good opportunity to determine if the smaller furnace will ultimately work out ok. The sales presentation is more high-pressure than I'm comfortable with. You can expect higher prices than competitors, but the quality of service appears to be consistently good. Christmas week with a house full of company added a bit of context to the replacement decision, even though our 24-year-old house does have two furnaces. Our old furnace was a 100K btu/92% efficiency unit. On the purchase contract, the salesman circled an ‘80/100’ furnace size instead of just the 100K btu size, and I didn’t catch it, so you could say it is my fault. The replacement furnace provided was an 80K btu/96% efficiency unit. My sense is that I may not be the first customer that has had this problem, and many folks may not ever know the difference. Again, I feel that the installer crew was exceptionally good, but we won’t really know if the new furnace will be adequate until a very severe winter when we find out that it is not. Save yourself some trouble, choose another company.

Right Now was awesome. Very professional and respectful. My tech was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell a bunch of things to me. The price was very good. I highly recommend Right Now for your annual AC/Furnace Tune-Up.

Very pleased . Besides service on furnace & air conditioner, I had the water heater flushed, and a new thermostat control installed. Both techs were very cordial, and respectful.

I will never use them again , they caused thousands of dollars of damage in my home and refused to accept any responsibility! I paid for a yearly service and their technician didnt glue the condensation drain which blew and didnt properly place the drip pan under the freon line so all the dripping and leaking eventually broke threw my wall and downstairs ceiling, they wouldnt even fix the problem they screwed up.. They are just fine with causing thousands of dollars to my home of damage and leaving me with the bill. I have contacted a news reporter as well as my home owners and an attorney!

My father in law who is almost 80 years old and does not speak English had an appointment earlier today with these guys. They came in charged him almost $400 had him sign a waiver in English and left the house leaving the problem the same. When I arrived and noticed they still did not have heat but had a Receipt on the counter for almost $400 . The writing was not legible in the Receipt so I called the company to explain the charges, the person who answered the phone was clueless to the questions I was asking. He could not tell me what they were charged for and what the Diagnosis of the furnace was. All of a sudden they call my father in-law and tell him someone would be back out to check it out. This time they send a more experienced technician who read what the previous tech had wrote and charged them for. The previous tech said they had a crack and a Carbon dioxide leakage and that he also needed to change a switch. The new tech said that he has to try and get the photos from the other techs findings so he can confirm the charges and Diagnosis. He comes back in and tells me that the guy never took the required photos or videos that the company requires so he could not confirm what he found. So the new tech starts looking with the camera and uploaded some videos and photos. He apologizes and says that the other tech will be fired then goes on to say that he will Reimburse my father in-law his money. And that the findings that the first tech wrote about a crack and a leak were not correct so he wrote me a slip that said the unit was clear to use.The switch was not the problem after he put the switch in the heat obviously still did not work the first technician was trying to get my father in-law to run his credit so they can get him a new Furnace. My father in-law did not understand so the tech had him sign the waiver and just left! The new tech took a closer look come to find out it was the Thermostat that probably costs $20!! He said I’ll put the new Thermostat on there and won’t charge you anything as soon as he put the new one on the heat came on. He goes out and calls his boss then comes back in and says I’m sorry the new switch the other guys put in is already in your Furnace so we can’t Reimburse you for it or the labor!! The bottom of their service order said they spend $20,000 on training their associates the guy who came out the first time obviously had no idea what he was doing and charged my father in-law for random parts that did not fix the issue. If I had not seen the bill and noticed they were still without heat and called they would have just paid the $400 for nothing. I will be contacting the BBB and filling a complaint I have the calls recorded and also what the tech had told me. BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TO BE CHARGED FOR PARTS AND LABOR YOU MAY NOT NEED ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE HISPANIC OR ELDERLY.

Not well. This review got hidden where I could only see it. Its up again. I still want to know how a 18kw puts out the same heat as a 20kw. Please explain. i think.you should just search the lowest reviews. Just lowered from 3 stars to 1 star. I paid for a duct tune up and just discovered that there was no way they inspected all of the ducts. Lots of LEAKS They did ok installing this ac unit. It went from 5 stars to 3 stars. There was lots problems and they all got worked out except one thing. I was sold a 20kw unit and only have 18kw. They had to fix that also. I believe only a 10kw unit got installed at first. They had to upgrade it after the install and was told the biggest one available was 18kw. Got told that the new 18kw puts out the same btu's as it's 20kw counter part. I still have the text. That is not true. 1 kw equals 3412.142btu kw is kw. That would be like our race car is only putting out 300hp but with the new carb it is the same as 325hp. I also still think the charge is still not quite right on the heat pump but I am sick of dealing with it for now. I think it could put out a little more heat. I will wait and we will take care of it at a later date. Overall they did good at getting the new furnace air up and running. It just took a lot longer than I expected. This review may be changing depending on future service.. Can't think of anything to talk about. Still would like to know how 18kw puts out the same as 20kw. Massive leaks under the house. I paid for the duct tune up. Supposedly it was inspected. Nope. There was no way they even attempted to seal leaks. Also after someone else checked it out it is now puts out way more heat. It was NEVER WORKING PROPERLY. Watch them they will. Well just watch what you paid for and the substitutions they may use.

The technician, Hector, showed up promptly and explained what all he was going to do for the inspection and tuneup. He cleaned out the various things that needed cleaning, answered all my questions and prompted me for any additional questions. Since both units are 9 years old, he pointed out which components in the furnace and AC were likely to fail within the next few years and gave me an estimated cost for replacing the motor on the AC, which has a small oil leak at present. We briefly discussed the utility of installing a water softener (my water is on the ragged edge for benefiting from that).

The guy responded to me faster than the company I called, showed up faster, and repaired it faster. Which means the early bird gets the worm especially when your quick, professional, and can repair the problem on the spot.

all of it was fantastic, it was great, the work done was neat and professional. they have quoted price and it was good, their communication was great, they've answered all my questions. They even did a follow up on the work and I will use them again in the future.

I hate having to write stuff like this, but I believe honesty is the best policy and that other people will benefit from hearing my experience.... This company has shown that they do not care for their customers and when they make a mistake they are not going to correct things. This company is ridiculous and I feel they are just in the business for another sale, not for providing services they are willing to stand behind. The first technician that came to our house gave a suggestion without explaining the risks that come with his temporary fix. We trusted his advice and as a result our AC unit was destroyed in under 24hrs, and now they want to charge us $2800 in parts. We count on professionals in this industry to give us good advice and this company did not provide that. They sent another tech out the next day who told me he would not have recommended or done what the original tech did. This company is now not willing to do any more than refund the original $185 they charged us after advice the original tech gave us caused much more in damage.

Price was great. They were very punctual. Very service oriented. Eager to find out what they can do to help us. Price was due to being a regular client, not sure that’s their regular rate.
