Our family relocated from Washington State to the Boise area. We weren't too familiar with the Boise area and we felt like every question we had, Kara had the answers to or was quick to get the info and relay it back to us. Her knowledge of all the different areas we were looking at (Boise, Meridian, and Eagle) was endless . She was very helpful and very personable. She always made time for us when we flew over to look at houses and worked late hours helping us while we were in town. Once we closed on the home, it sat for about 30 days while we were in the process of moving over and Kara volunteered her time to check on the house periodically for our comfort. There was rarely a day that went by when Katie wasn't in contact with us to provide updates on progress, to offer helpful advice, or to act as liaison between us and local contractors. She suggested things we could do to enhance the appeal of our home that, due to our inexperience, we would never have considered.
