We were looking for a reasonable quote and quality work for our home tile projects as two working parents of 2 elementary kids, and were very happy with the tIle work Jon completed. He tiled our kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and also our shower. It looks so clean AND cleanable! I am very happy with the job he did. The tiles look so orderly and well-placed. Additionally- he was great to work with. He stuck to his schedule and made continuous progress- so the dependability was wonderful for our family. He came up with great solutions to challenges and his work ethic and craft was admirable. I would highly recommend Jon.

Jon worked on our house for almost 2 ½ weeks to complete our extensive remodel. Laying down tile in four rooms and recreating a master shower from an ugly plastic insert into an amazing tile shower with built in bench and huge niche. He loves laying tile and gets excited when he transforms something thatâ s old into something thatâ s amazing that his clients love. One of his favorite things is working on and transforming showers like our unattractive plastic insert into something beautiful. He took on extensive demolition work removing an old built in bench in the laundry room, removing laminate and carpet as well as cutting out an old shower insert. The master shower and tile floor took a week for him to complete so he puts lot of time into his art. We compared his costs with a quote from Dillabaughâ s, and his labor costs were very reasonable compared to what they quoted. Jon did an amazing job, and we highly recommend him for your tile and stone needs.

We hired Jon to remodel our laundry room, two bathrooms and master bathroom. We had extensive work done removing laminate and carpet as well as removing an old shower insert and having a customized tile shower made. Jon did an amazing job. We are so happy with his work. Highly recommend. Jon is so easy to work and very professional.

John Larsen charged us an insanely HIGH amount to merely tile our master shower. It is only ceramic tile and grout and can be done in 1 day. There is really nothing to it. However the tile shower was priced like a diamond first class LUXURY. We could have used that money to do OTHER projects around the house.

John was not only quick to reply to any questions but explained what needed to be done in a way that anyone could understand. John showed up when he said he would. John did a fantastic job tiling our shower, it is absolutely beautiful! John was respectful of our home while working. John has a positive attitude and he is honest in his business dealings. I would hire John again. Thank you, John, for the amazing shower!

Jonathan did an excellent job remodeling my primary bathroom! It looks fabulous! He is an awesome guy to work with. He is professional, on time, excellent communication, flexible and stayed with it until all was perfect! Had some delays due to Home Depot and he worked with me to still get the remodel done in a most timely manner. I highly recommend him for his tile install skills and he is such a great guy to work with!

So far so good. John just completed a tiling project in our master bathroom. He did the shower walls / floors, bathroom floor / wall, and walk in closet floor. It looks fantastic. We kind of surprised him with a larger tile for the bathroom floors, but he made it work. He was very knowledgeable, and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. Also he responded to my text in a timely manner. I'd shoot over a text in the evening or the weekend, seemed like I got an answer the day that I sent it. I thought his pricing was fair as well. We got a few quotes and all of them seemed to be in the right ballpark. I decided I was more comfortable with John's knowledge and personality. So I went with him. We handed him a key to the house, and we headed to a rental in Boise. Communication was very easy during the time he was working, and he cleaned up well once completed. I think he disposed of the two pallets that the tiles arrived on that were sitting in my driveway. Didn't even ask him too. Grateful that he did, cuz I would have needed to borrow a truck to get those to the dump. Overall I am pleased with the results. John did a great job, and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for tile work done in their house. If any future time projects pop up, I will definitely reach out to him for another quote.

Very responsive to the request for a quote and Jon was available to start within a couple days. Once he was setup we talked through some pattern options and it came out great. He arrived each day when he said he would and have a quick progress update each day when he was cleaning up. Jon was great to work with, finished the install within the quoted timeframe and we’re both happy with the final product.

He contacted me the day I sent in a request and I had a quote the next day. The job took 3 weeks and he tiled two bathrooms, laundry/mudroom, master bedroom/closet and a shower. He was great at communicating and showed up on time each day. He was quick to respond whenever I had a question (even if it was on the weekend) and helped recommend products when needed. Overall I am happy with the finished product.

Jon was great, he listened and understood my design. He asked questions to make sure he did everything exactly as I wanted. The tile work was perfect and he even had a professional plumber come to assist with the shower. Both bathrooms turned out beautiful and would highly recommend if you want someone clean and professional.

I have telling all my friends about how good John is at helping me redo my bathroom. He is the most organized person I have ever met. He has a schedule on what he is going to do each day and what I really liked is he let's you know his schedule so you know what is going to be done each day. He finished my remodel 2 days early since it was a surprise for my husband. My husband said he might come home early so John came over on a saturday in order to finish the job. Who else would do that? Nobody. You won't find anybody better than Larsen tile and stone. Thanks John

Before finding Jon, I had quotes from two of Boise's most popular contractors that were first, impossible to communicate with, and secondly so expensive that i could not begin to consider the project. Jon responded to my initial inquiry within an hour and visited my project the same day. Throughout the remodel, he was easy to reach, responded to texts quickly, and communicated well. Since we did not go down to the studs everywhere, Jon had to work with the existing dimensions and there were some issues retrofitting new product to the already defined spaces. He was a good problem solver and was able to creatively work around these challenges. He is invested in pleasing his customer so he dealt with questions and concerns patiently. He made some changes along the way that I asked for despite the fact that it created more work for him. I saw that he was invested in the outcome of this remodel and proud of his work. I thought his price was reasonable and fair. I have another bathroom that needs a tile update would hire him again.

John was great to work with. He is a great communicator and quick to respond. The tile work in our bathroom looks fantastic and we are super happy.

Larsen Tile & Stone was one of the best trades we have worked with while building our house and barn. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the tile looks beautiful!
