John did our front porch and tub surround. It was challenging because our house is old and crooked and he adapted to it quickly. We are very pleased with his work.

I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and will use him again in any tile projects I may have. He is friendly, professional, tidy, and sticks with his timeline. I had been given a few other quotes from people who I couldn't get a hold of when I was ready to start my project. I was always able to reach him and get a quick response with any questions or concerns I had. He did an excellent job and my bathroom looks beautiful. If you're on the fence about hiring him after reading all of his reviews, don't be. He's all about customer service and just a nice guy to deal with. He takes pride in his work and his company. This is your guy!

We are do it yourselfers and had completed this job twice just to have both of them be ruined because we were told to use the wrong product at the big box store. John was very knowledge and friendly. He explained what we had happened and educated us on what to do next time. He even knocked the price down from the original estimate because the work was not as extensive as he thought it might be. It seems in this day and age not too many people would have been honest about that and would have charged the original amount quoted. Very honest person and we really appreciated it. His response time and follow up was very quick as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Larson Tile was the best professional that I have very worked with he was on time and finished ahead a of schedule how often does that happen when working with anyone I was beyond happy please call them for your next job you won’t be disappointed.

Vinyl bathroom flooring and tile back splash installation. Did NOT install the back splash as instructed which was to frame the medallion but instead decided to install it as he saw fit without framing it. The tile is not laying flat on the wall and the grout lines are not even. He cut the Schluter around the tile too short and created sharp edges. It is also not 1 continious piece. The vinyl floor was cut too small against the tub so he tried to patch it with caulk where it is already separating from the tub a week later. It is also cut too small in the linen closet where he did not even caulk the edges. He also ripped the vinyl next to the vanity cabinet when he was installing it. He also did not caulk all of the seams. The quality of the caulking is poor at best, with thin and thick lines of caulk.

Quality work, fast response, and very nice to work with. We had been working through quotes and contractors for months that were very frustrating, and then found John. Project done as soon as tile arrived - wish we found him earlier!

We loved John’s work and his work ethic. The project took the exact about of time he said it would. I wish I could post pics of the shower he tiled on here because it looks great!

John was amazing to work with! I was out of town when he was working on my kitchen backsplash and he texted me throughout the whole process with updates. There was part of my kitchen where we weren’t sure if the stone I picked out would work, but he did an amazing job working with me to make it work while still making it aesthetically pleasing. I truly felt he had my best interest at heart! I am excited to work with him in the near future.

I'm very pleased with the entire experience. John arrived on time for the estimate and was able to schedule our tile repair for the very next day. Work was completed as described and because it was a relatively small area he was able to finish it up in one day, which was greatly appreciated. The pricing was very good and the results look terrific. I will happily contact this company again for future tile projects.

Jon tiled a shower, bathroom floor, and two walls. Jon was fantastic to work with. I had three contractors bid on the job, one walked away because the materials (marble) and details (window wrapping, shelves, etc.) were "too complicated" and the other wanted to take every possible shortcut. Alternatively, Jon was enthusiastic and spent an hour with me to ensure that he understood every detail - as importantly, Jon contributed some great ideas to improve the design. As importantly, I was immediately at ease with Jon, and never had a second thought about having him work in my house while I was away. Jon is an absolute professional and a great craftsman. His attention to detail is outstanding.

Jon did a wonderful job on our bathroom. He replaced the old tile around the soaker tub and the backsplash around the sink. He was very fast, efficient and extremely clean! I never once saw a mess even during the demolition stage. Also, Jon has a very pleasant personality. I was very comfortable with him being in our home (I am a stay at home mom) he offered some good ideas and useful advice. We have some other projects we're going to have him do, such as remodeling our shower and making it bigger which is going to involve tearing a wall down. He says he loves stuff like that!
