Jon came in to assess a bad tile job done by a general contractor on my remodeled bathroom. I could tell he was also not satisfied with the contractor's work and he explained to me exactly what I should expect and how he could correct the issues. About an hour later Jon sent me a very reasonable quote and returned the next morning to get started. Once I hired Jon I was no longer stressed about the tile. Jon listens closely to concerns and ideas and thinks through the challenges to produce high quality results. After talking to Jon about what I was looking for I felt comfortable to leave my house for a couple days while he worked. I came home to flat, straight, neat shower tile and a beautiful new tile floor. Jon is a pleasure to work with and I'm very satisfied with the tile he installed. Efficient, high quality, detail oriented, fairly priced.

Larsen Tile was great to work with. The work is beautiful. The job was neat and done as we wanted. Cleaned up after. Also the big plus was he saved us money over what Lowe's was charging us and they also couldn't provide an installer after 2 weeks of phone calls. I was very particular since my previous tile job was an absolute disaster. He was patient, understanding, personable, and came back when I had an issue with grout spots (pinpoint size spots). I have a complicated rain shower head with a handheld shower attachment that I couldn t figure out. He was able to put it back together without any issues. Great price and was quiet enough that when I got off of work at 10am I was still able to come home and sleep while he worked.

Larsen Tile did an excellent job. I really love the way my floors look and feel. John was very helpful and professional. In the middle of the job, I had to leave town. When I returned, everything was clean and locked up just as I had requested.

John Larsen always texted before arrival to be sure I was ready. He was very knowledgeable and did great work. There was an unexpected subfloor under the laminate and he took the time to rip that up too. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.

I was blown away by the professionalism and clean job that was done by Larsen tile. I can t say enough about the great work he did! We built a brand new home and immediately wanted to have the bathroom floors redone with tile. Jon showed such respect for our new home, going the extra mile to leave the baseboards in place and tucking the tile under it. He also laid town towels and tarps snd was clean, timely, and honest. I am absolutely giddy about the result and so grateful for a job well done!
