Description of Work: They were very professional and thorough. We had them spray outside and in our garage for spiders and bugs. We signed up for their quarterly program.

Description of Work: I had a HUGE sudden pavement ant invasion...eek! When I called them they got back to me promptly and were at my house within two hours of my initial call! Paul was very professional and did an excellent job of ridding my house of the pesky things!

Description of Work: Nov 2013 - Discovered a growing mouse problem in the house. After trapping several, realized it was a significant problem. In a large home that backs up to woods and the river. Called them and they explained they were fairly booked and it might be a day or so before they could get there. I asked if it were possible to come even in the evening as seeing a mouse run through the kitchen was very unnerving to my wife. They adjusted some schedules and a person came that evening. | |The service person explained what he was going to do. He had to move things in various locations and get into the crawl space. He did not leave a mess and left things as if he had not been there. | |It explained several things about mice habits and what they did to remedy the situation. Very polite and very professional. Blocked off several openings that came up from the crawl space into the house, such as conduit openings, plumbing runs, etc. Found considerable evidence of mice in the crawl space. Baited the crawl space. | |Did not see a mouse or droppings thereafter - at least for about 4 months. | |One morning woke up and saw droppings in two areas of the house. They provide a 60 day guarantee to return if mice are evident within those 60 days. I realized we were past the 60 day window. I called and explained the situation and the owner personally came to see what the situation was and to check the work done earlier. | |As it turned out mice had gotten into the garage, through either open garage door or squeezing thru tiny spaces along the garage door. The owner found droppings in the garage in several places. He also showed us where the door from the garage into the house might not close completely. I also indicated there had been considerable time where the door from the garage was open as things we being moved in and out even in the evenings. Hence mice could have gotten in and stayed. It could not have been too long as there were not the large a number of droppings. Description of Work: We were absolutely overrun with mice... never had such a proble before and de-con wasn't even putting a dent in it. Called Custom Care Pet Services and "Bruce" came out that same day. I'll tell you he was so INCREDIBLY knowledgeable you'd think he had a PhD in mice! He explained all about them and how our problem sarted and evolved. Then he treated tem under the house and in all thekey places the come in ad live. He told us what to expect (about 3 days and problem wold be gone) and that is precisely what happened. We're happy t say we're totally mouse-free and will be having them return every year in the fall. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Highly, HIGHLY recmend!!
