Great customer service

We had a difficult task, which he worked very hard to resolve. He pre-tested some areas, and did as good a job as could be expected, after going over some areas several times. We would hire him again.

Keith was on time and got to work straight away on our shower grout. He did a great job. Only negative was that my floors weren't covered before he brought in hoses and wet foot prints were left behind.

The equipment Keith used is superior to the average carpet cleaner and cleaned our carpets better than anyone else has in the past. I also needed to have my granite counter tops resealed/polished and he did a great job. He was even able to polish up our granite sink that has lost its shine. There was a misunderstanding on the time of his arrival but when I texted him to see if he was coming, he apologized immediately and came right away.

Keith was extremely fast and efficient. If I were to downgrade him on anything, I would say he is kind of a bull in a china shop. . . he could slow down just a bit so that he doesn't run into door jambs with his machine ;) Carpets were cleaned wonderfully and no after smell at all. Thank you, Keith!

Excellent! Arrived exactly on time, polite, professional and efficient! They did a test area on the floor to show me what to expect, and explained the process. I felt comfortable with making the decision to go ahead with the job. Will be calling them back for other tasks around the house!!
