The Rickel Electrical, LLC was contacted by our realtor with the list of electrical items called out on our home sale inspection report, which he used as his quote basis. An up front, line-item quote was provided by Rickel within a day of them receiving the request. Once Rickel was contacted with our intent to do business, they provided prompt scheduling for the work which met our very tight timing needs for completion, and maintained communication via email to confirm their appointment the day before. Upon arrival at the job, Jason (electrician/owner) and I reviewed the work scope, what had been completed and needed checked, and what work needed his completion. There was also one line item which had been mistakenly been called out by the inspector, and Jason provided feedback in his invoice which addressed the inspector's mistake. Jason was in and out in under an hour, provided an electronic invoice within an hour or so - all per promised results. The service was prompt, very fairly priced, met all our needs and Jason Rickel was a pleasure to do business with - he was there to provide a service, not just 'do some electrical work'.
