Description of Work: Fixed our ice maker. Asked some questions and knew right away what the problem was. Was able to fix it in less than 1/2 hour. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: The broiler element on my stove burned out. Westside Appliance scheduled the repair quickly and the man who made the repair was on time, friendly and efficient.

Description of Work: I had Westside come out to look at our dishwasher. I tried to make an appointment online and got a confirmation e-mail and they never showed up. I called Westside and they said they never received it and didn't know why I got a confirmation. I rescheduled the appointment and they were there on time. The technician looked at the bottom of my dishwasher and turned it on. It ran for maybe 30 seconds and he shut it off and told me to just get a new dishwasher and ours wasn't worth fixing. To fix the dishwasher with parts and labor was going to be over $400 plus I had to pay $105 for him to be in my home for 15 mins. I later called another repair company who came out and fixed the dishwasher for $200, including parts and labor.

Description of Work: I had warranty service on my Electrolux steam washer. The door locked and would not open even with cancel or another cycle. The technician diagnosed the problem within minutes and it unlocked immediately. It was my mistake (something got put in with the load and the machine could not balance the load because of the added item.) I will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.

Description of Work: I don't have time to write it all down. Suffice it to say it took them four days and more things fixed than I had need for when they started. I don't remember now how much I paid...the last day they put in a part without charge due to the ridiculous necessity to even need it installed.

Description of Work: Problem was a frozen waterline. Adjusted temp setting per manufacturer. Did not fix frozen water line. After tech did not return calls. Mgr did not return initial call. Finally got someone to return my call & they said they would research. 5 days later called to say they couldn't fix the problem. Wouldn't explain why they didn't fix the frozen linewhen they were at the house, or return initial calls. |

Description of Work: The technician made three trips to try to repair our refrigerator which turned out to be a lemon. (The manufacturer is replacing it at no cost to us.) I can't say enough good things ab.out the service provided by Westside. Technician was patient and persistent trying everything he could to repair an appliance that could not be fixed. They charged us for the first service call, but none of the other two. They didn't feel it was right to charge us when the fridge wasn't fixed.

Description of Work: My dishwasher wasn't running properly. I entered the problem as an internet search and bought the recommended part from Westside Parts and Service Center. Dishes are clean. Life is good.
