Description of Work: Moved my daughter and son-in-law. 4th time we've used Two Men to move. Highly recommended. |However, at first Two Men said they would not move items located in storage to house. Called back and another person said Two Men could do that. Really confusing.

Description of Work: An apartment move to two locations, completed efficiently and professionally with no damage. Crew of 3 was responsive and considerate.

Description of Work: They moved me about a me. Mostly just the big furniture (aka piano.. Beds ect) They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again.

Description of Work: They moved furniture to basement getting ready for floor refinishing and back when floors were finished. The first two men who came were efficient, knowledgable fast and terrific. I was told that I could request them for the second visit. I did that but two other men were sent. They were dumb and dumber. Took twice as long to do the job. Despite thi I woould recommend them and use again

Description of Work: 2 men and a truck had 3 men at our at home by 8 o'clock in the morning. Had us completely moved by 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I would give three two men and a truck and an A+

Description of Work: Two Men and a Truck moved many very heavy pieces of furniture and were not bothered by it. Their goal was to make sure I was happy with the move and placement of furniture. This was a positive experience from start to finish.

Description of Work: Two Men and a Truck is outstanding. The office staff was helpful and courteous and the movers were the best. They moved me quickly and with a smile. I highly recommend the Urbandale office of Two Men and a Truck and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They moved furniture to another location so we could have our hardwood floors refinished. They then came back to return the furniture. They did a great job and handled our furniture with care. Very professional.

Description of Work: Service was paid by my landlord to move my furniture to another unit in the complex. They arrived late and were in quite a rush to be done with the move. They worked for 2 hours almost ripping my love seat on a wall fire extinguisher because they were in such a hurry and then said they had another job to go to. I protested because they hadn't finished moving all of my furniture. They said they were paid for 2 hours and that was all they were going to do. They left without finishing the job. I had to call their manager to come and finish the job by himself. Unbelievable! I would never hire this company to move anything! They were unprofessional and uncaring. Even though I didn't have to pay for this service, I'm the customer that had to suffer for their lack of professionalism. My advice...avoid this company at all costs!

Description of Work: Moved my daughter from her apartment to her new apartment and some items to storage.

Description of Work: Three movers filled their truck with our household items. They were very careful both loading and unloading, putting padding around doorways and staircases, putting items back together at the new house, worked very quickly and were very polite. They were great. A management person came in advance to estimate what it would cost and how many men would make it most economical. It was as good as a moving experience could be.
