2 Men and a Truck

They arrived at 4 pm (I had a 2nd dispatch scheduled and was told they would arrive sometime after lunch. They assured me that no matter the time the crew arrived that they would work until the job was finished). From the moment the crew of 3 got to my house they complained. They complained about a 4 pm start, they complained of how big the house was and they complained of how long it was going to take them. Soooooo they cut corners with MY belongings. There is extensive damage!! Broken kitchen table, broken antique couch table, badly damaged new queen bed, damaged mattress and box spring and LOTS of other damage. Over a month later and I'm still waiting for the company to take accountability and repair my items. I started the claim on Sept 4. I have done EVERYTHING they have asked me to (send pictures, send lists, let a company into my house to see and evaluate the damage). But still on Oct 18 I still have nothing fixed and no commitment that they are fixing the items that THEY damaged. I don't even have a kitchen table to eat on --- over a month later because they are not taking accountability. Terrible place - BUYER BEWARE
