Although I think the work done was excellent, the flat fee that covers the first 10 vents should be able to be adjusted down. I only had 4 simple floor vents in a small home with no basement but had to pay full price of over $400. One word of caution, do not stay in the house when the vents are fumed. Though not necessarily unpleasant, the smell clung to my clothes and the inside of my nose for hours. Wait a bit until the furnace/AC has been running before going back in.

Professional attitude and did an excellent job.

I had only 5 vents, got a small discount. They left 2 areas without vacuuming the dust. they did not wear masks. I had to remind them to put vent covers back on. they left 2 of them on the ceiling closed. I had to open. The owner was very polite and responsive but ended up telling me how masks are not that important.

They were very courteous, professional, and they showed up exactly on time. I hired them to clean my heating/AC ducts, as I suspected that they may be clogged. The ducts seem to be cooling a little bit better. Maybe my problem was a poorly designed duct system, so because there wasn't a dramatic difference, it may not be Brown's fault. There was a billing issue that they very quickly and easily resolved.

The two employees were very methodical about walking through ahead of time determining the process and what they were going to do. Use of corner guards prevented walls from being damaged. They were very thorough in cleaning up and replacing all the vents. Pictures of before and after also provided us with a record of there excellent work. With the community health issues they both wore face masks.

Workers were considerate, nice people.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When he knew he couldn't arrive at the agreed time, because he was delayed with work for another client, he called and told me he would be late. I appreciate that because it alleviated my concerns about whether he was coming.
