 + -1 moreContacted Bob in April. Been waiting 12 weeks now for a product. Asked for an appointment to get an estimate. Person showed up unannounced with my young children home with a grandparent. Tolerated that, now did not show up when the man said he would. Called and talked to the owner, Bob. He stood up for his employee when I told him what happened, now has ghosted me. Will not answer calls or texts. I used Bob in 2017 and he did a good job on my house. This experience is unacceptable. I have recommended him for multiple jobs to my network. Never again. Only interested in big jobs evidently. Thumbs down. Big time. My deck has looked like this for months now. Make it right Bob.

 + -1 moreThey were excellent. They were on time, courteous and professional. They did what they said they'd do. They stuck to the estimate they gave me. They cleaned up the job site when they left. We had a problem with something not connected with the job; they discovered it and volunteered to fix it. They went above and beyond. They were recommended to me by a relative who have used their service. I am satisfied with their service.
