 + -1 moreIt didn't go well with this General Contractor. The biggest problem was the lack of oversight of the work being done. I am sure the contractor knows his business but his sub contractors are less knowledgeable and he was not on top of things. Hence, since he did work for me, my roof keeps leaking and despite showing him evidence of the poor workmanship or design, he refused to take care of the problem.
Description of Work: Framing stucco and roofing.

 + -1 moreDid great work but should emphasize that if costs are going up tell you before work is done. There was a $1,400 overrun on the project I didn't find out about until the job was done. To be fair he said I didn't have to pay but his work was excellent and worth the money.
Description of Work: Redid our deck (12' x 70') with fiberon synthetic decking.
