They are wonderful, absolutely trustworthy and provide great service. The pricing is also very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I feel very comfortable when I go to them. They will give me a list of things that might need to be taken care of in the future, but they never pressure me. Just when ever I feel like I'm ready. I would recommend them in getting car repair for auto body & for mechanical work. I have had both done to my vehicle.

I was concerned there was a serious problem. Jason at Ace researched in great detail and called me with possible options to pursue. We agreed upon a course of action. While it has not immediately solved the ticking, Jason assured me there is not a serious problem in the engine. He provided an engine cleaning treatment, topped off the transmission fluid, and did a fuel system cleaning as well. Previously Ace replaced the exhaust on my truck as well. They are extremely friendly and the shuttle service is a great benefit.

Larry is very honest and does great work. He will work with your insurance company to make sure you get it fixed right. I have not used him for years due to no accidents.

I can not say enough great think things about Pam, Larry, Jason and Keith. Pam was able to get me in early for a very short maintenance issue, this a very busy shop and it was more or less a miracle that I was able to get scheduled as soon as I did. Keith was the auto tech who installed the bypass unit and he was extremely friendly and cordial. Jason, another auto tech made small talk with me while he rang me up and is absolutely fantastic, just a really nice and generous person. I enjoyed talking with Jason very much. All of my automotive business will be done here from here on out. Just a real great group of people here all around.

I have had autobody work done twice at Ace after having hit a deer in September in 2012 and again in January 2013. I shopped around in September but called Larry, actually emailed him and posted a facebook message his page, that evening in January to let him know I needed to bring it back in. At about 9PM I get a response back both via facebook and via email letting me know it was OK to drop it off in the morning. Talk about service. Larry is great work with; he will help you set up a rental car and find you the best discounted rate if your insurance doesn't cover it. Once we finally had a nice spring day, I turned on the air conditioning in my car and it was nothing but hot air. My first instinct was it had something to do with the deer accident/repairs. Larry said to bring it on out. Turns out it was something completely different, but since he had things apart while inspecting it, he just fixed it anyways at no cost. It is rare to find service like this these days. $250 was for my deductible each time, Larry dealt with State Farm for the rest. Both times it was absolutely painless. Also, I bought some tires there, great price and couldn't be happier with them!

I have been a customer at Ace for about 13 years after a friend recommended Larry. I have NEVER had a complaint. I am treated like a member of the family. Over the years my cars have needed usual maintenance, body work twice and I was given feedback on used cars when I was searching . Larry (the owner) even suggested to another customer that she consider checking out my car when I was selling it. I have always felt highly respected, NEVER mislead, NEVER cheated. There were two occasions when I was sure the car had something seriously wrong and I was ready to pay whatever was needed. Both times, I was reassured there was nothing to worry about and nothing to fix. I would and have trust my vehicle in the hands of any employee there. One final word, the shop and waiting area is immaculate and all of the staff are friendly and very polite.
