The company was great. They were prompt and professional but the cost was higher than I wanted to pay.

The gentleman was prompt and very professional. I informed him of the problem and he informed me what he'd be doing to analyze and diagnose the problem. Had the issue fixed in minutes. Then he also took time to advise us on what we need for another project we will be hiring this company for. Great experience with a very professional company. Will use them again soon!

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It began with a very cheerful reception for my initial call. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and Matt even arrived a bit early. We talked through a couple of general questions about other electrical issues we thought we had (helping show that there weren't problems that we feared were problems) and then quickly identified and fixed the problem with the outlet we called on. I am very satisfied and would recommend this provider to others.

Prior to the actual installation we met with a tech and went over what we wanted and discussed the cost. We agreed to the price and set up a time for installation. The tech never wrote anything down and on the day of the installation he put the outlet on the finished side of the basement instead of on the unfinished side. Also, he did not remember how many recess lights were supposed to be installed. Once he came back and put the outlet on the correct side of the basement, we were very happy with the job. The clean up could have been better.

I had a gentleman named Matt and we really hit it off well.......He was personable and really knew his stuff.....I had a little lower estimate from another company but I went with Koehler because of thei steller repuctation and they did not disappoint...Estimate was free unlike the Electric Doctors whicjh charge a $50 fee just to give u an estimate.

The staff was prompt and courteous. Everything was installed as required, and the technician even upgraded the fluorescent lights without extra charge because the ballasts & bulbs in the old fixtures were no longer readily available. They were clean, careful around existing home furnishing to avoid breakage, unobtrusive, nice to my cats, removed & disposed of all old parts, and stayed on budget. I'd highly recommend them for any residential work.

It was quickly repaired without problems.

We knew we had knob & tube to be replaced & some additional electrical work to be done. We called four electricians, 3 called us back & Matt at Koehler Electric was the only one that actually showed up. He was professional & knew we were trying to get some estimates. Within the month we called him to schedule. Matt showed up on time. He & his associate were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They had to come back for a 2nd day and we found them to be the same courteous & professional workers. The original estimate was $3500. They were able to keep the cost at $3011 and Angie's list had a 10% off coupon, so our balance ended up being $2711.00. We couldn't be more pleased and will use their services again when we do additional remodeling.

The fuse box alone cost close to $2000, and I paid them $3000 or so. I took them out of the phone book, and they are excellent, very professional and reasonable. I would recommend them. The guy that came out was very personable, and he explained everything that he was doing. There was a lot of work that needed to be done, and he did a very good job.
