We have had nothing but positive experiences with Terry's Automotive.  We have never had to wait more than a few days to get our vehicles in, and they have even squeezed us in when we needed work done quickly.  We know when they say work needs to be done, it does, and they also tell us if there's nothing wrong. Their prices are reasonable, and I can absolutely say they have saved us so much of money over the years we have been customers.  We have also recommended Terry's to many friends, family and co-workers.

My car was making a lot of noise and I was worried I would need a complete exhaust replacement. I drove out to Terry's and just asked if they could look at it and tell me what was wrong. They immediately took the car in and told me they would just have to fix a part that had come loose. Terry said with this repair I should be good for at least a couple of years. I was so pleased that the problem was taken care of so quickly and economically.  I will definitely return if anything else crops up with the car and will refer others to Terry's.   Good people.

They are the best around. I will definitely go back. They got the work done very quickly and it was very inexpensive.

We like them a lot. I think they do a good job. They don't overcharge you and they don't do unnecessary things which a lot of car places do.

I brought my car in around noon and they had it fixed by four. They replaced the rotors.

I dropped it off in the morning and several hours later they called to ask if the truck was running rough or something like that. I said no, just thought the muileage was about time for tuneup. They told me they had checked the plugs and such and felt it was good for another 25,000 miles atleast. Now that's an honest shop because they could have done the tuneup and I wouldn't have known the difference. so all they did was the oil change and the $40 i put down is a guess on my part because i can't remember the exact cost.

The experience was great! Another car service provider had previously diagnosed the problem, and provided a very high quote. I called several places, and received quotes from $500 to $2500. A friend recommended Terry's, so I called them. They quoted $250 plus tax, and convinced me that the quality of work would be satisfactory. We scheduled an appointment, to accommodate my schedule. When I arrived, everyone I met was very friendly and easy to work with. Terry estimated this would take an hour, and he actually finished in less than 45 minutes. The final price exactly matched the quote.

They are honest and don't do work that is not needed. Terry will tell you whether or not an appraisal is legitimate. I have on multiple occasions taken my car in thinking that there was something bigger wrong and they have been honest in explaining that there was either nothing wrong or something small. In automotives, if you are not knowledgeable yourself, it is important to have an honest mechanic who is not going to inflate your bill. My brakes squeak funny because I went to another mechanic once and he used cheaper brake shoes. Terry told me point blank that the brakes didn't need replacing right now but that because of the cheaper shoe they were making more noise than they used to. I thought they needed replacing and that I was going to have to spend a lot of money. It is good to have a provider who is honest that you can learn a lot from. They are very crowded because everyone loves them.
