The only complaint was that price estimate of $29.99/per room did not specify a room size and cleaning cost almost $100.00 more than expected.

Provided me with information about future carpet cleaning options.

They were great, antoine was super, he worked hard and was very polite.

Not impressed with the steam cleaning . Probably regular cleaning might have work better. Didn't see the difference. The customer service was good though.

Very Fast and Did an amazing job

Tyler was the technician who handled my project. He called the day of service to see if he could start early. Unfortunately I was not ready for him to begin early since I had to have the house cleaners return to fix the job they did the day before. Was able to have him arrive at the initial agreed upon time. He was extremely professional and up front about what the cost would be to do all that was requested of him. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. (Not new carpeting) He worked very quickly and efficiently and even took special care with a few pet stains. It was a pleasure to have him clean my carpets to get my home ready to sell. I would highly recommend Pro Steam Carpet Cleaners. Tyler was communicative through the whole process and I am very happy with the job he did. This company is highly recommended. I will definitely hire them again.

They did not email a quote per my request. They arrived much later than promised because they double booked. The man stated he could not stretch the carpet or it would tear yet he accepted the same amount of pay.

The upsell was incredible. I had a very small area that needed to be attached to the strips and he told me the whole rug would need to be stretched. He also told me that the price the office quoted was wrong ,but he did agree to that price. He did his best to stretch his time into an hour.

Tyler who was the technician who did the cleaning called the day before, verified the time he would be here. The next day he called he gave the specific time, showed up 5 minutes early. Extremely polite, looked over the job, explained the service, discussed the exact cost and began his work. He did a great job, very personable.

The carpets looked great. Pleasant to work with.
