This company was prompt in responding to our request... and prompt in scheduling after a free estimate.

Our technician was wonderful. I was very pleased with the completed job. ProSteam was quick to respond and provided great service.

Fair pricing and timely service

Their carpet tech is a good hard worker. You need to stay on them while cleaning, or they may not give the cleaning attention to where you would like. The traffic area of the carpet got the same attention as under the sofa area. ProSteam said they would get back to me about my concern of the traffic area. I have not heard back yet. Not the best satisfaction received from the job.

The technician was professional and personable.he was thorough and paid attention to detail. Also the company was was quick to respond to our request and followed up immediately.

Very collaborative and personable service.

After the carpet dried all the rooms had streaks in the carpet. All the rooms looked worse than before. I wasn' t expecting like new results, the carpets are over ten years old but well maintained. The company said they would send the contractor back next week, we will see what happens. Should have asked if the worker was a company employee or sub contractor.

Jason did a great job. He helped me pick the deep cleaning for our stained hall. The stains are gone!

Tyler was efficient, respectful and a very hard worker. He did a great job! My rugs look great.

The technician that came out and did the work was good. The company itself is fine. They seem to overbook. They didn t show up to my original appointment block and called in the last hour of the timeframe to say they ran long and needed to reschedule. Not sure if it was an anomaly or happens often.

I would advise after getting an estimate over the phone that an email be sent to show what was discussed. I should have went with my first company.

Great customer service and thorough work

Brandon did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and professional. I hope to use him to steam clean and seal my tile.

The re-stretching of my carpet was done well. My furniture was moved carefully and returned to its original placement. I found the office manager, Crystal, to be less than pleasant on the phone and rather rigid about pricing; hence the lower rating on customer service. That said, I would probably use this company again because I was pleased with work they did.

Two very nice young men. Polite and hard working.

They did a good job but failed to get tile fully clean around the base boards. There was 1-2 inches from the base boards around the entire room that was wasn't cleaned well. My wife was able to take a scrub brush and get it clean. They offered to come out a take care of it but she had already done it. Workers were very nice and pleasant. Front office was very concerned and apologized.

Tech arrived on time and was very personable and professional.

Soaked through floor causing damage to basement ceiling.
