Put off having dryer vent cleaned for a long time. Prosteam made the project easy and completed it professionally.

Very professional,friendly, and prompt. After my dryer duct was cleaned I wasn't sure if my dryer was malfunctioning or if my ducts still needed to be cleaned. They came out the next day and re-did the cleaning to be on the safe side. It turned out it was my dryer. Very impressed with them and would highly recommend.

The technician was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Also we were both suffering from a dust allergy which cleared up immediately after the work was done.

He could've done better. He got out a big coffee stain but I'm not really happy with the rest of their work. Water marks on the arms which didn't come.

My appointment was cancelled twice on the day they were scheduled. They did not have a vacuum to clean up the lint they left behind. They did not turn the dryer on after they cleaned so any remaining lint in vent was forced to the outside vent cover and glogged the outside vent cover. We had to go out and remove the lint from the vent to the outside.

Very professional

The scheduling process was easy. The technician was friendly and explained the process. The carpets are old with a lot of stains, which a lot of them came up. When I asked to have one room redone I got a bit of a *we are to busy conversation*, but the company did re-book the re-clean.
