We hired them and their work was not what I expected. The carpets and stairs are still fairly dirty. The tech hurried thru the job and could have been more thorough. You had sent a 15% discount coupon which they would not accept and it ended up costing us almost $900. Additionally, he made excuses for not getting the carpet and stairs any cleaner,

Didnâ t realize carpet stretching was so expensive, however it had to be done. Russ and James were very professional and kind.
