I had them out to both stretch, and clean my carpets. Both technicians were prompt, courteous, and did and excellent job.

The Rep did not recommend additional treatment to a couple of heavily soiled areas on the carpet. I had to ask if it came clean and he said, no. I had to ask what he recommended.

Tyler was very nice and professional. l have an older carpet and I guess I expected more than what could be done.

Service man was professional and I did get a quote before I agreed. I should have done more research. I have a 2 story house and the cost was just under $1000 which I think is too much for this size house. I expected before and after pictures of vents. I also object to service call fee in addition since they were here to do the job. When I went online to research companies I instantly got the call. I did agree to the job and price, but should have been more through in getting quotes.

We were very happy with the promptness and worker and the work done. We will use them again for downstairs when needed. I have already recommended them to family members

Jason was out standing, he helped me understand why they can not clean area rugs that are on a hardwood floor, also how to clean my hardwood , a very smart man and extremely polite❤️
