Response from Oahu Tub Experts
Unfortunately we did not receive any calls from this member. We have thoroughly checked our voicemail archive and received no calls from a person by this name. We have discussed this issue with Angie's List also. They say an email request was sent to us. I suspect this is what this customer may have been referring to instead of actually calling us. We never got the Angie's List email although we got customer messages before and after it. I checked our spam filter. We have been on Angie's List for 4 years and this has never happened before. I suggested to them that when a customer submits a RFP or message, the business be texted as well as emailed. We are very good about returning calls and emails in an extraordinarily fast manner.

Description of Work: Oahu Tub Experts scrubbed and resurfaced two bathtubs and the tile walls surrounding the bathtubs. They provided a non-skid finish to the bottom of both tubs and also polished the sinks to a high shine. The team was very professional and worked around our schedule to ensure we had at least one bathroom available. They courteous and took the time to explain the whole process as well as leaving instructions for maintaining the resurfaced finish. I would definitely re-use their services and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
