Preston maintained constant communication, ensuring our satisfaction at every step. He accommodated changes and even provided progress videos when we werenâ t home. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Oasis! Our new composite deck is of exceptional quality, and we received numerous compliments during a recent event. UPDATE: I started this project in June of 2024. They finished the actual screened in porch in about two weeks and the workmanship is amazing.. The bad part is, itâ  s not finished. It took them 4 months to come back to screen it in, they havent put the gutters on and they havenâ  t returned to paint or stain. They also stepped through my roof and produced a hole in my kitchen ceiling. While they patched the hole, they have not come back to sand and paint the spot in my kitchen, as promised. After multiple attempts to get him to come back out, with false promises or no reply whatsoever, I have decided to hire someone else to finish the project. I am absolutely THRILLED with the Oasis team that built my screened-in porch and handled additional projects. Not only did they transform my porch into a beautiful space with meticulous attention to detail and top-notch craftsmanship, but they also impressed me with their proactive approach and professionalism. Throughout all my projects, they communicated effectively, providing daily pictures and videos to keep me updated on progress. They consistently arrived on time, worked diligently, and even put in extra hours to ensure everything was done right. Their polite demeanor and commitment to cleaning up daily were greatly appreciated. Impressed by the quality of their work, I also hired them to landscape my front yard with new sod and mulch, which they completed in a day, even in the 98-degree Georgia heat! What truly sets them apart is their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. While working on my porch, they noticed some rotten decking and lifting shingles on my roof, promptly providing me with pictures and video. I entrusted them with that job, and the very next day, without hesitation, they resolved the issue swiftly and efficiently. I am thoroughly impressed with their versatility, expertise, and dedication to delivering exceptional results. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this crew for any construction or landscaping project. Preston Downer and his team are real pros! I needed my deck and ramps painted. We had conversation over the phone on Thursday, they showed up ready to go on Friday. They all worked HARD all day and got everything done, Couldn't be happier, I'll definitely use them again. You can't go wrong with Oasis!

OUTSTANDING! We have a large yard with trees, shrubs, flowers, pathways, dry steam beds and a vegetable garden. It had been several years since we really repaired any of the dry stream beds, pathways, or garden areas. It was time to hire a professional. After some searching, we contacted Oasis General Contracting & Landscaping and met with Preston Downer, company owner, to discuss our situation. From the beginning planning session to project completion, we felt Preston cared about us and the details of our landscaping project. Four and a half tons of mulch and two tons of river rock later, we couldn't be more pleased. His great crew worked with diligence and attention to our needs. It is easy to recommend this organization to others - We already have! Plus, we have another project in mind.

I highly recommend Oasis General Contracting and Landscaping. Service was expedient and of great quality, which is very rare to find nowadays. At the same time, the owner proved to be honest, fair priced and communicated very well. Although I originally contacted this company for landscaping needs, their expertise is in many areas. I also utilized them for rebuilding a deck in which I am very pleased with. With the expectation this project would take a few weeks to complete, I was astounded that the project only took a couple of days. Every aspect of this project was thoroughly thought out and executed in such an efficient manner.

Preston went above and beyond with constant and clear communication. The crew were all experienced craftsmen with amazing work ethic. They worked from sun up to sundown to complete the job. Preston and Oasis set the standard for customer service. We were completely and utterly satisfied with the project and end results. Donâ t hesitate to hire this company for your project. You will not be disappointed. UPDATE 9/12/24: The contractor consistently made delivery date promises that wasnâ t adhered to. I communicated that the schedule had to be tight and was consistently being put off because the contractor over-booked. My job was never finished and my garage, basement, patio, and house was left with debris and trash. I have made several requests to have the company remove the debris and with no response. Now I will have to pay more money for someone else to clean the mess that OASIS left in and around my house. I have reached out to Preston to no avail. Iâ ll write another review if he comes through, but right now Iâ m thoroughly disappointed because I thought this was an upstanding company in the beginning!

I have used Oasis for three years in a row to do front, back and side landscaping. They also built a large porch cover and extended our patio. It looks fantastic. Preston goes out of his way to make us happy with the work.

We recently had new countertops installed into our kitchen, as well as one of our showers completely remodeled. While we did meet a few hurdles along the way, and the jobs took a little longer than we originally anticipated, Prestonâ s level of customer service is what solidified that we will be using his services again in the future. He truly cares about his company, his work and his clients, and he makes that very evident with how he communicated with us throughout these jobs. Preston consistently kept in contact with us throughout this entire process, and truly made us feel like our home and business was a priority. After everything was said and done, our shower is beautiful and the new countertops gave our kitchen the facelift it desperately needed.

He is highly expensive and overpriced. Make sure you get multiple quotes before going with him. He sub contracts everybody. Work was done from July 14th through August 19th.

I found Oasis General Contracting and Landscaping on line and liked their reviews and pictures of their work. I hired them to tear down my old deck and small screen porch which were in very bad shape. I had a tight budget but Preston worked with me to give me a beautiful deck and screened porch. He was even able to extend the deck out a few feet which gave us some much needed space for my little deck garden. The guys were very friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with our new deck and screen porch.

Preston and his crew were amazing and professional. Everything he said he did. I had to replace my grass in the back yard and within a day it was done. He even spent time going over how to care for the new grass. Something other contractors donâ t do. I would recommend Oasis to anyone who asks.

I recently contracted with Oasis General Contracting and Landscaping Company to replace all the hardiboard siding on my entire house, tear down two old decks, install drainage, and rebuild a new deck in my backyard. The entire crew was fantastic! They really went above and beyond my expectations. And the finished result is beautiful.,This company truly â under-promised and over-deliveredâ . The Owner and the Oasis team exceeded me and my wifes expectations. They under promised and over delivered.
