When Patricio first came to the house he presented his self as very knowledgeable and professional. I felt he gave me a good price so I hired him to do not only my roof but also my gutters. Complete project a little under $10k about 6 months later I noticed a leak. I contacted him because he had given me a warranty. At first no response but then he informed me his nephew died ans would come after he buried him. He came out a few days later (fixed) the issue and left. A few months later the same area started leaking and this time I noticed moist spots on my ceiling in various places around my home. I reached out to Patricio this time no response at all. The moist spots were growing so I contacted another company. They came out and took pictures and videos of entire roof installation. I was horrified!!! My entire roof is leaking through screws not sealed nails that have created holes in the plywood. The entire installation is just bad!! I wish I could post pictures for you to see. Maybe Home Advisor will have a way to do this. And the area he (fixed) looks like it was slathered in silicone but the metal planks still come up. There were at least 12 spots were the roof is leaking underneath. The worst part is I feel like itâ s not really Patricio fault he had people doing the job for him however because he is the man I paid and the one I contracted he should have reviewed the work and stood by his word of warranty. Now I have quotes from 3 different companies who say it will cost over $5000 to fix my roof properly. Finally prior to all this Patricio claimed there was a balance of about $285 on my account. When I did the math he was paid in full but now looking back that $285 is nothing compared to the thousands that basically went down the drain because of such a bad job.

My painters found a moist area in my ceiling while painting. I called Patricio at FAZ Roofing the same day which was Thursday, he came out to look at it and to give me a quote Friday. It was a leak in the roof. Patricio fixed the roof, a disconnected exhaust pipe, rotted fascia, and the moist ceiling. He was very professional and I would recommend him for your roofing needs. He also didnâ t try to overcharge me because Iâ m a woman. His prices are fair and his work is tip worthy!

Initially he was good and gave him more work and recommended him to more people, but he does not follow up to concerns I have, He does not do follow up work, he would not contact me back and I had to go through Home Advisor to even get to talk to him, I trusted him that he was a good guy, but as soon as he got paid he would not help after that. I am wanting him to fix the leak in the work that I have paid him for, He needs to come back and fix the leak.

I had an excellent experience with Faz's Roofing this past weekend. I called with a very minor roof repair, which was to reinstall one shingle that had blown off my roof in a recent storm. Not all large roofing contractors will come out for such a small job, but when you need it done, it's important. Faz's Roofing returned my call quickly and was able to come out within a few hours, the same day. They quoted a fair price, performed the repair quickly and safely, and were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Faz Roofing believes in quality work. He shows you what he is going to and when it done excellent job. Professional, Cleans up after each project, Calls a few days in advance to let you know he is coming to work, and gets projects done a good time. Highly recommend for future projects.

FAZ s Roofing,LLC did a great job. They were professional, timely and quick. Homeadvisors quoted $53.50 but I paid $75.00 for 5 tiles to be put on a brand new built home (2015). I think that was a bit steep.
