I had an issue with my HVAC going out on one of my units. I called on a Sunday and got a call back within just a few minutes. Repair was made the following Monday morning on time, done fast and right. I had called some of the "big guys" and couldn't get anyone out for days - not where you want to be when it's 97F outside.

My house is now temperature balanced. Before the bedroom was boiling and the kitchen freezing, but they gave great advice on how to fix the issue. They were friendly, fast and professional. I also really appreciate that they are family owned...feels like you are dealing with a neighbor not some giant impersonal company.

These guys are a great heating and AC company. I had a rental unit go down and they came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a very reasonable estimate. Great job installing, very punctual and professional. Left the place clean and in working order. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for AC repair or replacement. Beat the others by Miles.

I recently purchased a home and after a while, noticed that our breaker was tripping whenever it got too cold outside (cold being less than 42 degrees on average). After the provider who installed the system came out three different times, we called Croft Heating and Air. They were able to diagnose the problem. Our electrical panel was set with a threshold of 35 amps, but out breaker's emergency heat element was drawing 65 amps and causing the system to trip. We were glad to find out what the cause was, and glad to have out heat back!
