Description of Work: I have used them for Sentricon termite contract for several years and for one-time handyman assistance. The price quoted above is an estimate of their yearly fee off the top of my head and the date is general. Technicians who visit for the inspections of the bait traps have been great, sometimes going to great lengths to provide service when I forgot to leave the gate open. Of course, once one tech ripped the gate loose from the hinges - don't think he knew the gate was locked. In person, techs have always been polite and professional. On a recent visit, a new tech rang the doorbell and then moved away from the door about eight feet, and did not respond to my inquiry from inside, as I could not open the door at that moment and the visit had not been pre-scheduled. Later, he said that he always rings and moves away to let customers fully see him. On another occasion, termite damage was repaired and repainted on a small section. The tech made the piece of siding look great-I was very pleased, and he had a great attitude, too. He asked about using the original house paint and I made it available for him. A few years ago I used their handyman service ( one tech's father) to replace some rotted wood around two windows and replace a small piece of flashing which he said would stop the moisture on one of the windows from leaking to the inside sill. The flashing did not stop the moisture from penetrating, and the pvc window board replacements were a different color white from my house; the difference is apparent. He did not discuss overpainting with leftover house paint, which I still have available, and he was at my house for only one visit with no telephone followup. Later I learned that the windows' seams, themselves, had never been caulked from the exterior when the house was built, and that a silicone seal caulk might have prevented the moisture movement. The office staff has always been very nice and professional. Overall, the company has been a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them, but I would not use the handyman who worked at my place. WE HAD ALSO RECEIVED 3 OTHER EXTERMINATOR BIDS BEFORE DECIDING ON ARROW.
