He explained my options prior to any work as well as quoted the price. Very professional. I will recommend them to others that need garage door repairs. Excellent response time. Called at 9 AM and the van pulled into my driveway at 10:10 AM. Very knowledgable and friendly technician. He was very honest, did quality work (I know it when I see it) and did not try to upsell me on any "bells and whistles" but did explain a few options to improve my door and it's performance. However, there was no pressure at all to do so. Replaced and installed two new bearings and a broken torsion spring in about 45 minutes. Should I ever again need service for my garage door, I would not hesistate to call Peach State. In fact, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

They called with a quote within 1 minute of my online request and had a technician on site to replace the broken spring about 2-3 hours later... on a Saturday afternoon. I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of their work.

I put in the request at 1:45 AM and by 2:15 AM Terry had me on his schedule for that day! Technician called on his way over and arrived on time which is huge for me with my crazy work schedule! The tech was VERY experienced as he got the job done installing two new Chamberlain motors in 1/2 the time expected! He went through the features and was veryextremely clear and knowledgable
