They were out within 2 hours of my call. They were very informational and the service tech Ryan was great! He was Very nice, answered all my questions, and did everything expected - and more.

I thought this company and Ryan were excellent. Their response time was impeccable and the quality of work was very detailed. Several other companies had already responded, but couldn't get to me for several days. I spoke with the owner and he had Ryan, repairman, to call me and estimate his time of arrival (. same day) I was so impressed by the response time and customer service that I cancelled all the remaining garage repair companies. Thanks for a job well done Ryan.

Ryan was very professional and completed the replacement of the springs and rollers in about an hour. Cost was exactly what Terry quoted and was very reasonable. Steve and another guy came out--looked at or garage door (from late 80's)--one of the wheels came off the track and garage door would not shut. I emailed Homeadvisors.com Sunday night and Mike called me 2 minutes later) I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 10am-12pm --they came out and fixed it on the spot. Nice for me. They set: rollers, end bearing plates, torsian cables and drums. They also put new wheels on it and adjusted the track and tightened loose bolts. They were nice people, do good work in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the company.

They called me & let me know what time they could be out here and when they found out that my new vehicle was stuck inside the garage, they managed to come out a little sooner. Of course, they let me know what time they would be here. They were very courteous and got the job done quickly.
