Very fast to call me to assist & make an appointment! Fixed quickly the next day. As a bonus, the tech was even able to get rid of the horrible noise my garage door always made. Apparently, it only needed a little silicone lubricant... Too bad the contractor from Lowes was too stupid to realize this when he first installed my system 3yrs ago! They did a great job and I would definitely recommend!

I spoke with Terry the owner who setup my next day appointment. Ryan the installer called 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm I was home. Ryan was polite and knowledgeable. He assessed the damage and suggested multiple options on the repairs. He accurately quoted all pricing and discussed the option thoroughly. I made a decision and Ryan made the repairs. The work area was cleaned after the job was completed. I received a lifetime warranty on the repairs and part. I am very pleased with the level of service. I feel comfortable recommending this company for all repairs or installations.
