Terry was quick to follow up & schedule my service after estimate from Jeff. Shawn & Nate installed my door. Shawn was professional & friendly to work with during the garage door installation. Great customer service.

Called at 10AM, arrived at 12:30, explained necessary repairs, had all of the parts, and finished both doors, and gone by 2:15PM. Great job.

Misquoted cost of spring replacement. Didn't honor coupons Overcharged by $40.00

I made it very clear in my initial inquiry that the "lifting belt" on garage door opener was broken and needed replacement in addition to the heavy coil springs. When tech arrived, he did not know the belt was broken. I am still VERY satisfied with the project.

They were quick to respond. They came out in the timeframe that promised. The only issue I had was after they quoted my price they wanted to add a $9.99 charge for something when I went to pay. I said that is not what I was told. They did honor the quoted price.
