A&A was very good about working withour schedules and showing up on time. They performed a very thorough service around the full house and crawl space and we've had nothing but good results since.

They came very quickly and gave us some good advice and additionally provided a product that would help.

Interior and exterior preventative pest control treatment. Seemed to do a complete job, took his time and explained what was found.

That is just it, it do not go.

Matt was very responsive in accommodating my schedule using the angie list inbox message we were able to quickly schedule a date for treatment. While at my home Matt was very professional, i called my fiancé during the treatment to remind him inform the technician of the wasp nest around the house. During this time Matt talked to me on the phone about the termites he found and informed me treatments and told me he would remove all the wasp nest around the house. Which he did!! Very happy with services and will use him for the termite treatment.

I gotta say, for the price I thought they'd come and do the outside of the house and maybe one floor of the inside of the house. Matt did the entire outside plus all three floors of the house AND the attic. He found flying squirrel damage while up in the attic and I'm having that repaired this week.

Did a great job. The tech arrived on time, explained what we was going to do, and proceeded to spray the interior and exterior of the house.

Matt was very responsive and communicated well. He arrived promptly and was thorough about going through the entire houose. Gave me good insight into a potential termite problem. I like that he didn't push for a full termite inspection and treatment at this time. Told me what to look for to determine if I have a problem. Would definitely use again. Especially if there are termites!

The service turned out very good. The gentleman was very kind, and he did a very thorough job. He was very professional and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an exterminator. The big deal was an excellent deal.

Matt called me ahead of time and worked with my schedule. He called before hand to let me know he was coming. Matt was on-time, prepared, courteous, and after a brief introduction set about his work and was very thorough in the coverage of the house - top to bottom. Afterwards, he took me around the house and pointed out what could be problem areas and gave advice on how to repair/cover them. He let me know about what to expect in the next week and gave me information to contact him with any further questions. Very professional and courteous, a pleasure to do business with this company.

They were wonderful. I started with them with the spraying outside and they were so thorough and so completely into it that I had them do the exclusion and had them get rid of some critters because I bought a house that had been vacant for a while. The tech was so responsive because I told him I am real skittish and I don’t want a ‘No’ so he was very careful. He was very sensitive to my needs as an unusually skittish person. I like them so much that I have them doing a quarterly spray for me and they are going to do a termite bait station outside for me. They were exceptional. They were very reasonably priced.

Matt communicated well, both in advance and on the day of service before arriving. He accommodated my schedule. He performed the work in a efficient and professional manner, being sure to tidy up or clean up around the installation sites. He explained what he did and answered my questions. I appreciate that he is the third generation owner and cares about maintaining a legacy of service and quality and good customer relationships.

It was OK. I think they did a good job. He spritzed around the interior and exterior permiters but he was spraying for regular ants, spiders and roaches and I felt like I still needed to treat. He said the chemicals he was using were safe for my pets. I thought the price was very good. Scheduling was easy.

Handled the job very professionally .. Took time to educate me on why some of the chemicals being used for certain situations / pest .. Recommend him to anyone looking for solution to pest related problems

They were prompt and friendly. Sprayed for pest in attic and in crawl space. Will know in a few days/weeks if pests (bugs, spiders)are gone.

Treated my home for pests. Looked for evidence of larger pests.

Matthew Alexander of A& A Pest Control did a very good job of inspecting and communicating the corrective action to rid the house the rats & squirrels. The work done was professional and the necessary follow up was timely. It appears to have fixed the problem but you never know about them rodents A one year service for any future problem is provided if necessary I would recommend them for your pest control.

Matt promptly returned all calls, answered all questions and was extremely thorough. I thought it would be a quick treatment but he spent a couple of hours inspecting roof, crawl space, basement, garage and all inside rooms. Would highly recommend them.

Not much to tell. The guy shows up on time, wear little protectors on his shoes so he doesn't track dirt in my house, explains what he's doing as he does it, checks the house from top to bottom and all around the outside. Very thorough. He was professional, personable and polite.

This provider initially did this same interior/exterior treatment to our home 3 months ago (via an Angie's list special offer) and that treatment was immediately effective. At that time our house had two separate ant infestations and we also had a recurring problem with roaches. Their treatment was immediately effective on the ant problems, and within a few weeks the roach sightings were gone as well. We were quite pleased. We invited them back for a second preventative (quarterly) treatment, and they arrived today as promised, and retreated the interior and exterior with equal thoroughness. We've had other providers do quarterly treatments to our home in the past - but they were not at all this thorough. The initial visit and the second visit were made by different employees, but both were quite competent, professional, and personable. It is my intention to continue using them on a quarterly basis.

It worked out very well. They did a good job. We had had a pest control service before that and we were not happy with the results. They went a lot further, did a lot more stuff and we were a lot happy with the results. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They did very good job and they had a good guarantee that they would come back which did not turn out to be necessary. I would have liked to pay half of what we paid but I guess the price was okay. They were very professional.

We've used A&A for thirty years in the same house. They are the best!
