Description of Work: Miscellaneous house cleaning. BUT, we had requested specific cleaning services which we were told was not an issue. However, they followed what seemed to be their usual procedure ignoring specific requests. Also, we were told there would be three people doing the service in about a two hour period, but only 2 people showed up. They stayed longer, but we feel three people could have done a better job. It almost seems that they want you to pay for the additional time to complete the requested work. In fact that was actually suggested.

Description of Work: Cleaned my kitchen cabinets, all the floors downstairs, the master bedroom and bath. Did a great job and spent some extra time at the house to finish. Gave me tips for cleaning. Great job!

Description of Work: They didn't come on the day they were supposed to come and my guests were arriving the following day which defeated the whole purpose of me hiring them to clean. I had to reach out to them several times to find out what was going on instead of them calling me and keeping me posted. On a positive note, when they finally got to my home, the ladies were pleasant and did a great job cleaning. It was just overshadowed by the stress I was feeling about my guests coming and my house not being as clean as I planned for it to be.

Description of Work: Cleaned specifically identified areas of the house that had not been maintained as clean as I wanted. The crew was very upbeat and tried hard.

Description of Work: I bought this as a gift for my sister in law. She reported to me that she LOVED the excellent job this company did cleaning her house. She also said they were wonderful to work with, easy to schedule, and very nice. She plans to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: First, I will say that the company was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Communication was solid and I was kept in the loop. Unfortunately, the cleaning aspect of the job was not as pleasant. It should be noted that I have had the house cleaned by multiple different people and multiple cleaning crews before. I bought the deal for 6 hours of cleaning which, for my house, was 2 people for 3 hours each I believe. I got a call and was told that they would not have enough time to do the complete job. The house is 2300 sqft and this has never been an issue before. I'm a very laid back person, so I said it's okay just make sure the main rooms look nice, you don't have to go crazy with dusting and all the little stuff. I'm a guy -- I don't see that stuff anyway. Most of the house looked fine -- however the table in the main room still had crumbs on it. It would have been one thing to have it not be completely wiped down with cleaner, but it wasn't even addressed and it was the only table in the living room. I wish I could have given a better review because the owner and management are good people. The cleaning, however, left something to be desired and that's saying something coming from someone who is the opposite of a clean freak. I would like to give them another chance, but I am afraid of a repeat performance and I know 6 hours should be enough time to get the house reasonably clean. Again, this was the only time I've had a time issue and other crews have had the house basically spotless in 4-5 man hours. The owner was very pleasant and apologetic, but I have to review on the job itself.
