It is going horrid, things are still not done, had to threaten to get an lawyer to even get him to talk to us about the things not done. At this time we still do not have my mom's living room suite back or no one can tell us where two of the chairs from her dining room suite is.Things finally were returned to us that they had stored and there was 7 boxes of ''damaged'' items returned. This does not count the scratched furniture in the other rooms.. They say the job is done, however , there are two rooms of carpet not cleaned. Missing items, and some of the walls still had to be cleaned by us.
Description of Work: They were hired after a fire in my 80 year old mom's house, there was nothing done in all three bedrooms, two baths,laundry room, or closets Things have not been packed,transported, inventoried,or stored per the charges on the quote. The insurance adjuster has told us all of the Servpro work should have been done prior to the general contractors beginning work.Between Oct.8-Oct. 19,the Servpro crew only worked sporadically sometimes one to three hours per day, or not at all. The insurance adjuster said there was no way the job should have exceeded 5-6 days before the contractor could begin. On Oct. 17,18, and 19 no one was there. We are still not completed on the work. Things have been broken, and thrown away without asking if they were valuable to us. There was a total disregard for my mom's things. We could not get return phone calls, or they would call for a meeting and not show or call. Would never use them again or recommend them.

Do not uses Servpro
Description of Work: They are the worst business I have ever had to deal with and We have been in our own buisness for 30 years ....never did what they told us.. never told the truth..My home has been in such a mess for almost 3 months and alot still needs to be done, my husband and I are so disguisted with these people and they didn't care....would lie to our face and think nothing of it...If anyone uses Servpro In the Dublin, Soperton and toombs county area, GOOD LUCK TO YOU

They did an excellent job. Our overall experience with them was terrific. We would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Servpro dried out all of our floors and pulled up all of the carpets on January 7, 2012.

 + -1 moreAs far as I know, the work done was satisfactory (it was done in another unit as a result of the unit I own) but the price they attempted to charge was outrageous (until my insurance company got involved and improved things). They weren't pleasant to deal with and I feel like they attempted to rob me.If you use them, definitely get an estimated price for services BEFORE they do ANY work. A few months after this water incident, I had another in another property I own. While the depth of the problem was certainly smaller, I called Brunswick Floors to suck out the water. The Brunswick Floors people are really very nice and charge a FAIR price. Not cheap, fair! I learned an important lesson. I would also WAIT and let the insurance people handle this aspect of property damage as they are far more experienced dealing with these sheisters!
Description of Work: They removed water from an upstairs condo unit (very little) and a downstairs unit which was damaged (including removing insulation in the ceiling above the downstairs unit).
