Gateway Restoration

From the first moment they arrived at my house, Donnie's, the owner, calm and professional demeanor helped resolve the concerns I had with BKA restoration, who hired Gateway Restoration as a sub-contractor. Gateway Restoration went far above what was required to ensure my complete satisfaction with their every action. He expertly removed the old hardwood floor, installed a new tile floor, repaired my cabinets, plumbing and portions of the HVAC system. As a retired Naval Officer I have two major pet peeves. 1. punctuality, 2. honesty. Donnie's word truly is his bond. If he told me that he would be at my house at 7:30 to start work he was there at 7:20 to set things up to begin by 7:30. He kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and explained any difficulties that arose and his plan to resolve them. I cannot say enough positive things. I plan on using Gateway Restoration to replace the carpet on my stairs with wood steps in the spring and will write another review when that project is finished.
