We love Epie's Handyman! This is the second time we've hired Dan for a plumbing job. He is timely, professional and friendly. Although we could have had Home Depot install the toilet for about half the price, I feel that having someone we know we can trust is worth a little extra, and his prices are comparable to other small local plumbers. His prices are very fair considering the high quality of his work. Dan is the best plumber and handyman in the area!

Mr. Doster always shows up at the appointed time and does the work quickly and efficiently. He always leaves the work area clean and should a problem occur, he is prompt in returning and correcting it. We had an issue after the first install. He came back the next day and fixed it.

We had dinner guests coming. He told me he could fix it by the time guests were coming. We thought it was fixed and he left. But, it didn't work. I called him twice, he came back, tried to fix it again. It did not work. He did try. He did get me through the dinner party, but I finally had to call a local small appliance dealer and he recommended outstanding people who replaced the whole thing.

My first conversation with Dan convinced me that he is intelligent and trustworthy. He is also very pleasant. There was a follow up call to confirm the appointment. I thought that to be very professional. After meeting Dan I was sure that I had made a good choice. He is personable and I felt very confident about having him in my home. He installed the new faucet and the disposal in record time. He also is very neat. Cleaning up the very small mess that resulted in the installation. I felt the price was reasonable. I paid for the work I had done rather than an hourly rate. I was very pleased and will certainly have him do more work for me.

They did an excellent job, however because of their success I had to wait along time for them to come. They did tell me this up front and I was happy to wait for them.

It went well; he was 3 hours later getting there than was originally planned, but he called to let me know what the problem was, so I was not left wondering what had happened to him. When he got here, he went right to work, and the work was done in about 3 hours.

He is very professional, showing up exactly on time. He is licensed as both a plumber and an electrician, so he can do practically anything needed. He is very personable and the price was very fair. We have had no problems with anything that he did.

We have not had any problems since the work was done. They were very punctual, courteous and polite. They got the job done in a timely manner and did a good job cleaning up. I would definitely use the company again.

He returned our call within a day and gave an estimate over the phone. He came at the appointed time for the work. He had to open the wall in our closet to access the water pipes behind the shower/tub. He removed the old shower/tub faucet set and replaced it with the new one. He did some cleaning up but left debris in the closet and left the wall open (he did describe how to close it up). We thought that closing the wall would be part of his job. We closed the wall and cleaned up the rest. A few days later, we tried the faucets and found the hot water flow very slow. He came within a day of our call and found that material from the hot water heater had clogged the line. He cleaned it and restored the flow.

After responding within a day, he arrived on time for the work. He removed the old small hanging chandelier. He installed the customer-supplied light fixture and tested it. He cleaned up the area.

Don was very professional and appeared quite thorough in investigating the problem. He located some leaks, purchased necessary supplies, and repaired the leaks and drywall. I would definitely hire him again for any handyman services needed.

After answering many great questions, Don fully explained the work he would perform. He would come out and locate the problem, go and purchase any materials needed for the repair and repair the problem. He did exactly that and was very professional.

After having used Dan's services once before, I called him for another plumbing issue. Over the phone he suggested what I could try on my own to fix the problem. It was a simple solution & it worked! He saved me the cost of a service call. Thanks Dan!

This was no ordinary water heater replacement. The unit is located in the attic of our townhome in the most obscure corner with no drainage line. Dan was able to run a hose from the attic out the front door to begin draining the water heater. The water heater was only able to drain a couple of gallons, so Dan and his assistant had to remove the old water heater, drag it down the fold-up attic stairs, and take the new unit up those same stairs to the corner of the attic. Everything went well, and we had no interruption in our hot water service. Dan was also able to give me an estimate on some wood work that I may have done in the near future.

Mr. Doster showed up 10 minutes prior to his scheduled time. he was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. His price for the repair of the shower fixtures was exactly what he quoted. We paid extra for the expansion tank. I intend to use Mr. Doster for other projects as the need arises.
