I was thankful for the quick response so close to Christmas

After trading voice mail messages, we spoke in the morning and he said he could have someone come over around noon. i didn't have to be there, just leave the lights where they needed to be placed and leave a check in one of the boxes of lights. i was gone all afternoon, but around 5:30 when i came home, he was there personally installing the light fixtures. i was very happy with the quick service and the work.

They were good in explaining what they were doing. There were some unexpected challenges in getting down the old fan, but they talked and showed what was going on. The work was done as quickly as I could have expected and they cleaned up very well.

He made time to replace the Kitchen fixtures. He did wonderful work to seal up the eaves on the back porch and replace the screen door and add a doggie door.

The crew of plumbing experts arrived on time and immediately began to replace the faucet. One of them went to the basement kitchen to replace its disposal. When the faucet was replaced, they began to replace the disposal for that sink. Each job was done quickly and professionally. When the electrical crew arrived 4 days they began by tracking down the problem with my entrance hall light and front door light (both no longer turned on), They traced the problem to an loose wire in an electrical outlet in my formal living room and immediately fixed the problem. Once the short was fixed, the began to install the light fixtures (the installed a new chandelier in the dining room, removed the ceiling fan from the kitchen and installed a track light, and replaced the fixture over the kitchen table with a new fixture. They also replaced my smoke alarms with new ones that I supplied. Again, they too were professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the services from Epie's.

It went very well. Every step of the way they recommended the most cost effective way to go. They did not try to get me to take the more expensive route with my repairs. The work done was very good. If it looked like I was not going to like the finished results of the numerous repairs I had done, they listened to my concerns and came up with a better solution that pleased us both. That was very important to me! I got what I wanted.

Dan Doster is great at getting small jobs done quickly or arranging subcontractors who really know their field and do a great job. A terrific guy!

They first fixed the drip in April 2011, but it returned after a few months. Jim replaced the flapper, but it still dripped. Why? Jim did research on the internet & contacted the manuafcturer of the flapper several times to figure out the cause. Then he fixed it in about ten minutes. There was no addition to the original $93 charge.

Were professional, friendly, and efficient. Resolved 3 electrical problems within an hour. Received senior discount. Definitely will use again.

Dan and his team do a first class job each and every time we have used them. Dan is extremely conscientious and always does the work like he would want done for himself. Dan has done interior and exterior jobs at our home. He is honest, hard working, and we feel blessed to have found him through a review on a consumer rating company. He charges a fair price and before the work is done, checks to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. He has helped my family and I for the past 5 years. Hire him and the job is done the right way.

Everything was good. The personality of the handyman and assistant were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. They had all the tools on their truck - they were well equiped. They picked up a new door at the hardware store for me. I would use them again. Their price was very reasonable.

When I first hired Dan to replace the stairs, I asked if we should go to Home Depot and purchase the stairs. He said no. There was a certain brand of attic stairs that was better than the others. He said he would pick them up himself and add the cost to our bill. However, after seeing our old stairs and fixing them, this was unnecessary. I really appreciated Dan's honesty and desire to do what was in our best interests.

Dan arrived exactly on time and kept his nose to the grindstone. He always comes exactly when he says he will.

Dan returned my call the same day and made an appointment for the next business day. They adjusted the appointment due to another client's emergency, buy came at the adjusted time and preformed the work required. The bill was true to the estimate and I will use them again.

Once the workmen arrived on both jobs, they were efficient, pleasant and cleaned up work area upon completion. They were easy to work with and I was able to select fixtures for installation during their lunch and get them installed upon their return.

They came on-time and finished the requested work in a timely manner. Both gentlemen were professional and cleaned up after their work.

I contacted several Plumbers to get quotes for my rental house work. I looked at all quotes and decided on Epie's for two reasons. Their visit to look at the repairs needed was very pleasant. Everything I suggested was looked at and addressed. Some would work some would not. The price quoted was very reasonable compaired to the other quoted I received. I am having Epie's do some additional work and will use them in the future as I my needs arise. I'm very pleased!!

I was very happy with the installation. It was installed the day Dan told me. I will use his company for other plumbing and handyman issues.

They installed it the same day Dan said they would. They did not leave any evidence that they had come in except for the new water heater. I'm very happy. I will use them again for any of my home issues that come up!

I called and left a message for service and heard back from Dan the next business day. He was able to come out within a week (actually sooner, but I was not ready) which I was happy about. Dan was professional, friendly, and clearly communicated what I could expect, work wise and price wise. Dan and his assistant arrived right on time the day of service, completed the work as I specified, and cleaned up nicely. There was one little issue with the faucet none of us noticed until after they left, but Dan came back and fixed it to perfection. I'm very happy with the work and the price, and will definitely use Epie's Handyman services again in the future, and recommend them to my friends and family.

Epie's Handyman LLC did good work and got the job done efficiently. If something goes wrong, he is always the first call I make. I have no complaints about his work and his pricing is fair.

We had no problem scheduling the appointment. The men were on time and were able to finish the job sooner than expected. The toilet was replaced instead of refurbished because it was an older model that would need to be replaced in the future anyway. The clean up was very good and the final product satisfactory. Both my husband and I are happy with the result and friends and family who visit comment on the nice floor in that bathroom.
