Here is a recap of my experience with Babylon Gardens. Ron was a nice guy, which is why I put up with this awful circus act. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- January 13th - I purchased the deal of the day 299.00 for a landscape design. January 25th - No contact from anyone, so I had to send a message asking the owner to contact me. January 27th - Finally spoke to Ron, the owner. He could not come out for 3 weeks (Feb 18th), and asked for a site plan. January 28th - I sent a site plan, and received confirmation he received it. February 17th - I called to confirm our appointment and he said he needed the site plan again and had no recollection of receiving it. February 18th - I met them at my property and we discussed a detailed design. He said it would take them a week to send me back a design. February 25th - Left voicemail asking for design, no response. 2nd week of March - Left another voicemail - no response. 4th week of March - left a voicemail, and received a voicemail back stating they were working on it and it would be done soon. 1st week of April - Sent email asking for status - no response. 3rd week of April - Left voicemail and spoke to Ron, he stated the designer was sick which was the reason for the delay, and that they would deliver asap. May 3rd - Sent a message through Angies List, asking for my design. Received a response back from Ron saying he was CCing a new designer who was going to work on it. May 5th - Sent another message asking for my design. Received a response stating the second designer was sick, and the original designer was on it again.. May 9th - Zero delivery, I sent another message asking for design. May 10th - Zero response, sent another message asking for my design. May 10th - Finally received designs, which were completely inconsistent with the desired plan and looked like a different property altogether. This has by far been the worst experience I've had with any service provider ever.
