They were very prompt and courteous and came to give me an free estimate (as I'm a member of Angie's LIst) about replacing one toilet and stopping the water flow, in the other. When he quoted his price, at over $500 for a toilet, I was in shock. I asked what happens if I get the toilet and he puts it in. He informed me that their hourly charge was $409!! Needless to say, my toilet is still running and I'm looking elsewhere. I was disappointed because this company had all A's except for a B on pricing!! This was my first experience with Angie's List.

These guys were professional from the moment we called until the job was completed the very same day. They don't play games with pricing so you won't get blindsided with some plumber trying to shuffle the quoted price on you as the job progresses. The responding technician was Danny. He evaluated the situation and gave a competitive quote. I signed the work authorization and Danny performed above standard in not only a high quality and clean work product but also a high quality customer experience for us. Not only will I use Allgood Plumbing again, I will specifically as for Danny if he is available. I highly recommend these guys because rarely have I ever had a good home repair experience. Allgood sent Dito to inspect a water heater that was improperly installed before we bought the house last December. The gas company had refused to refill our propane tank based on an assessment that the water heater was not to code and dangerous. Dito confirmed this, and we discussed options. He was very good at clearly laying out my options, and he did not rush me for a decision. I talked to my wife, and we decided on the tankless water heater. Again, Dito gave me three options for where to install the heater. I think he just knew that I love options! He told me he could do the install the next day, a great thing because my daughter lives in that house with her nine-month-old baby and had been without hot water for several days already. Despite some unforeseen holdups and problems, Dito was able to start and end the job very timely. We had decided on a particular model, and he had given me an estimate based on that model. When his heater supplier was out of stock on that model, he substituted a more expensive one at no extra cost to me. He also did not charge me for correcting a substantial mistake made by a previous plumber. I was very happy about that because I had a feeling the previous plumber had not done a good job, which is why I called Allgood instead of the other plumber for this job. I was very pleased with Allgood in general but quite impressed with Dito's competence and skill and with his professionalism. When he emerged from my crawl space with his clean white shirt turned brown, he went to his truck and changed into another clean white neatly pressed shirt before we sat down to do paperwork. A nice touch! I will definitely use Allgood again!

We've got no complaints with them. They are great plumbers.

My old hot water heater was 15+ years old and starting to leak. Service technician came out to house on time. Was very prompt and quoted exactly the cost. Installation was very professional and the new tank-less heater works great. Technician even noticed that I wasn't getting proper pressure to the house and went out to the street shut-off and "knocked" some dirt blockage loose. Now I can do laundry and take a bath at the same time. Only minus I would give the company is price. After researching some retail prices of the same model I got, the "installation" charge turned out to be about $1500! They do give an option of financing 12 mo without interest.

Sito the plumber was great. He took his time to ensure the damage to the wall & ceiling was minimal. (He had to do allot of detective work to find the leak). I would definitely recommend this company.

They were great. The guy showed up exactly when he said he was going to. He was a few minutes late and he called to let us know he was going to be late. The price was a little high. I will use them again in the future if needed.

It went very well! Mr. Crook was professional, efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the entire job and would gladly use his services again.

I found them on Angie's List. They were great. Their services were excellent. I would tell others to call them. He was polite and very detailed. The pricing was good. They were on time; as soon as I called, they had somebody come out. He gave me an approximate time that he would be here and he was here in that timeframe.

They were responsive, on time, professional and very pleasant. They did not try to over sell me. They also checked all of the toilets, faucets, drains and water heater to make sure everything was in good shape.

They were fine. I had no issues. Everything was good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I don't remember the technican's name but he saved us alot of money on my washing machine drain. At first he was going to use the electrical drain cleaner but he was questioning whether he could unclog the drain by hand. He called another technican and explained what we had previously done to clean the drain. Between the two technicans the decision was made to use the hand drain cleaner(professional drain snake) and it worked. The technican also looked at a toilet and faucet and gave recommendations. If I have anymore plumbing problems I will call Allgood.

My experience with Dito was excellent. He is very professional and arrived right on time. He located the water line and replaced my water heater. He is a very hard worker. I highly recommend him. It is nice to find someone who enjoys there work. Thank You Dito

He had us at his mercy, so we had to go along with the price. He left the bathroom in disarray and didn't even put the tank cover back on the toilet. He did, however, clear the drain and it has not backed up since. We feel that $500+ to clear a drain is outrageous. I could put the top back on my toilet and restore the bathroom to its original status, but the price was just far too much. Since then, my friends and family agree that it was way over-priced. Someone from the company called the next day to see if we were satisfied and I told them what I'm saying here. He said he had nothing to do with the pricing and hoped I would call Allgood's for all my plumbing needs. Not likely!

I had a leak at the cold water faucet for the washing machine. I called Sunday night and they got to me mid-morning on Monday. The plumber tested the pressure - the water pressure for the house was about twice what it should have been. He turned off the water to the entire house, drained the inside pipes and then replaced the pressure valve. The work was done carefully and professionally in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Did not use Arrowhead!! Used another Angies List provider.

My experience with Allgood Plumbing Company was excellent. We thought that they did great work. They fairly checked our entire plumbing just make sure that everything was alright. I would use them again in the future.

The overall job went fine. He came out on Saturday or Sunday because it burst overnight. He came out and took care of it. I have no problem. He did a fine job. He responded very quickly and had the willingness to do the job. He had no problem taking care of the problem. His price was good like anybody else. The prices that I checked on were running the same range; so his price was obviously competitive.

What should have been a simple bathroom installation, a replacement shower fixture and an outside faucet repair turned into a nightmare. The pipe was already there for the installation of the bathroom. After two days, I was told the job was finished but later that day when I needed hot water it wasn't there. The new shower heads have temperature adjustments which the plumber forgot to make. Then I discovered water in the bathroom cabinet under the sink. When I called Allgood's answering service that evening, it took over 40 minutes for someone to call me back. I requested another plumber as I felt the person that did the original installation wasn't qualified due to the number of problems. The next day a different plumber came out made the temperature adjustments, fixed the leaks and, again, said everything was OK. The next morning as I was getting ready for work, I found that once again I had no hot water. This time the circuit breaker had been tripped. Upon further investigation I found that there was water on the top of the hot water heater. Not only did I have to call Allgood Plumbing but I had to call an electricial too. What was discovered was the first "plumber" sent did not cut off the water value above the hot water heater before cutting in the new line and the water poured into the top of my hot water. Since my home is total electrical this could have been a potential fire hazard. I called the owner of Allgood Plumbing and he came to my home. Although I was impressed by him taking the time, I found he lacked sincerity in his concern about what had happened. He did reimburse me $200 for the electrical work and extended to me a maintainance agreement that would give me an additional 15% off any future repairs. All of this happened in February and the other day when I went to water my garden using the outside faucet they repaired, I was met with a spray of water coming out of the faucet itself. So much for that repair. I will not call them back and take advantage of the 15% discount. I'm afraid that it would cost me more in the long run than the 15% discount. The irony of this is that on the other website that issues company reviews the same plumber that caused all the problems started getting great reviews. Coincidence?? I would not recommend Allgood Plumbing to anyone.

They were very professional. They came right out because I afraid that I had a water heater leak so I and my husband were researching on tank less water heater. So I went downstairs and there was a puddle near the water heater. I called them up and they sent somebody right out. The guy was here like half hour before he told he would be here. He checked it out and showed where the puddle came from as water heater wasn't leaking. He showed me bunch of things and walked me through a bunch of things. Then we had estimates done with like three other companies and Allgood one was the cheapest. They were most professional. They showed up when they told they'll be there. Their guy came in and he was awesome. He really worked with me in terms of where we were going to install the new tank less system. They had what we wanted and they got it in the next day so we could qualify for the reading the state was offering. They were awesome and they really worked with us. I worked with other companies that I called but they weren't as quick. They got here as quick as I called. They were great. They were one of the cheapest but I feel like we got really good quality installation. The job that they did was unbelievable. They took away the old water heater with no problems, no mess and no fuss. They capped off the old gas line. He did an excellent job. The price was fair. Their price was very competitive. We wanted the higher end system itself and that one was little more expensive than the other one because they didn't offer it. They were really outstanding. I don't know if anybody had a water heater leak; it holds forty gallons of water. That was the absolute last thing we wanted to have had happened that one of the things to give away. We had a little puddle that could have become a 40 gallon leak. The guy not only told that was not the issue we were having but we have to get it replaced but it doesn't have to be right now. He showed me where the puddle actually came from and what was causing it. He went out of his way to make me understand what was going on. He was here on the emergency thing and he was very awesome.
