Danny Natarus of Allgood Plumbing arrived ahead of schedule in a new, large utilitarian truck with all the parts and tools necessary to complete his task. This individual has 30 years of experience in the Plumbing world and was very professional in all aspects. He asked what was the purpose of the call and proceeded to patiently listen to the explanation of the problem. The cost for the total job was a fixed price number from start to finish. It was not by the hour with an unknown cost. He methodically proceeded with replacing the 50 gallon hot water heater, which was inside my garage. I cannot express my total delight with his professionalism in all aspects of the task to be performed. I cannot remember the last time someone came to our house on time, and completed the task quickly and efficiently and then cleaned up after the job. I will never hesitate to call Allgood Plumbing for any other need in this field. This company and individual is a "keeper"!

We purchased a deal to get a few hours help installing an exterior faucet. My husband was so impressed with this plumber - and we have worked at least a half dozen plumbers over the years. We asked them back to do some maintenance work as well. These are our new go to guys.

Allgood's people were patient, polite and friendly. We had to work through complicated logistics in terms of the engineering on the job, one of us being able to be back at the house when the work was being performed, pulling together the money to pay for the work -- even one day where the traffic was terrible and we had to reschedule a meeting. Allgood even sent our tech to my wife's office to sign off on some paperwork, since that was going to be the most time-efficient option for us. Their representative always had a smile and reassured us it would all work out. Their office staff knew the details of our job, no matter what craziness was spinning around it. And they always followed through when they said they were going to do something. All in all, it helped take much of the sting out of a very unexpected and expensive situation.

The plumber was very courteous, and was on time. He completed the work as expected, and also was responsible for picking up the required parts and fixtures. I would use them again.

They were very good and the price was good as well. I would definitely use them again for another job.

The called in advance to appointment. Plumber came on time and performed work in a timely manner. They also check other imems and make suggestions, if necessary (which I didn' eed at this time). He even called the manufacturer on my water heater to verify the dateof manufacturer (was not printed on the heater).

They provided a good service. The guy who did the was nice and helpful. We intend to use them for further services as needed. They seem to be in demand as I see their vans around.

They did not resolve the problem. I would not use them again.

It went very well the tech was fully equiped and removed the old unit and installed the new unit in less than 2hrs. The price was a little high but the company reputation and Angie list reviews convinced me, and they did a great job. I got a 6yr. parts and labor warrantee, which was better than any other. Very nice experience.

The problem was solved. I was just surprised by the cost of the service.

The entire process from estimate to completion of the job went smoothly and they did everything as promised.

At around 6:30pm, I discovered smelly water in my basement and in a panic started calling plumbers. Allgood said they could send someone this very evening. Shortly thereafter they called back to say Josh was on his way. He arrived within the hour, unstopped the drain and cleaned up the mess. He was very polite and did a good, efficient job. I was impressed with his prompt and professional service.

The plumber arrived on time, clearly explained the service options, and performed the service.In the three months since the service I have had no problems with the work.

The plumber was very professional and explained the charges before work started. He cleared the clogged drain, re-assembled the drain fittings and tested the water flow to make sure the problem was resolved. He also took the time to check the water line pressure to make sure the regulator was working properly and inspected the hot water heater. He was very pleasant and did a great job.

I called Allgood Plumbing to come out and check to see if it would be worthwhile to install a tankless water heater. My old water heater was on its last leg. Ken with Allgood came by exactly when they said he would be there. He called ahead to let me know he was headed my way (within an hour of arrival). He was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He provided options of different types of tankless water heaters with the pluses and minuses of the options. Ken gave me pricing for both options. He said if I wanted to research both online I could call at any point to set up an appt for installation. He said they could do it the next day if I was wanting. I called later that day and set up the installation for a couple days later. On the day of installation, someone from Allgood called to say the installer, Ken, was on his way. A few minutes later Ken called just to confirm which option I wanted so that he would be sure to bring the right unit and materials. Ken worked very hard with me looking over his shoulder. I told him I was mainly just curious about the process and installation, not that I was looking over his shoulder to check up on him. He was very nice to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. He was an all around great guy to deal with on the installation. After the installation he provided me with information about the use of the unit and the codes that could possibly appear during usage. He tested the water temperature in all faucets in the house. It was an all around great experience. Someone also called the next day and left a message that they were just following up to make sure all was ok and how my experience with Allgood was. The only thing I would tell people to do that I did not do was to let them know upfront if you are thinking about or want to use the year free financing option. I failed to let them know until I made the appointment. So Ken did not have the needed paperwork when he arrived. That was my fault for not mentioning my interest in that option when he came out for the estimate.

We had two plumbing issues in our home that needed repair. The person that was sent was very competent and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer our questions and explain. We were confident in his ability and the work was done to our satisfaction. However, we were a little uneasy with how quickly he suggested other things to repair or replace. We felt the bill was higher than it should have been. With so many highly ranked plumbers on Angie's list we would probably choose another next time.

James came this morning to fix the sump pump in our basement. He was running a bit late due to weather delays. We were alerted to this by phone. I was shown an estimate of the costs to do the job. James was very professional and thorough. He explained why the old pump died and showed us how to prevent it from happening in the future. The estimate and final bill was a match. We have used Allgood in the past and have listed them in our personal phone book as our plumber of choice. I would enthusiastically recommend Allgood to any needing a plumber. Everything went well. The original sewer line was very large in diameter and was completely filled with tree roots. The job took 2 days. The first day was spent digging and replacing the line. The second day was spent replacing the dirt and, much to my surprise, seeding the lawn and placing wheat straw over the seed. This was a very pleasant surprise in that the Allgood Rep had not told me that he was going to do that. The grass grew and looks great! And, most importantly, no more backed up sewer. They did a very good job.

I had a great experience with these folks. A plumber arrived within a couple of hours of my call, despite it being Sunday afternoon. He was professional in both appearance and demeanor. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a few repair options. After I made my choice (an external tankless unit), he left and returned in the morning (on time) with a new water heater and an assistant. They worked most of the day, a lot of which was in my crawlspace or in the rain, and I never heard a grumble. The results look professional. I did have one problem, though. The water pressure was too low after the installation of the pressure control valve. I contacted the plumber directly and he resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I can't really speak to the pricing. I didn't shop around.

Everyone was courteous and professional. In a matter of a couple of hours I had all the hot water I could ever want. Definitely recommend them.
