James Nnuckles was the tech. He arrived on time. Knew his business and went stright to work on the repair. He was compelete in about 1 hour and the system was back up and running. It's not easy finding a honest, reliable, knowlegable plumber. He responded to a phone call we made with a question the next day. We would use him again.

The service provided was amazing. I could not be happier with the result. Even though the water is still leaking i have a plan of action on getting the problem fixed. Its not a plumbing issue.

Things had not gone the way I expected but William Powell came out and made a big difference and I really appreicate. My rating is based off my experience with William and I would only use them again because of him.

Allgood Plumbing exceeded all my expectations! Jim at Allgood is a true professional. After I had granite counter tops put in plus a new kitchen sink, the plumbing under the sink had to be completely reconfigured. Jim not only did this, he thoughtfully arranged the plumbing under the sink so that I would have more space to store my cleaning products! I also needed a new faucet with the new counter top and new sink but the faucet I bought previously didn't fit and had to be returned. Jim met me at Home Depot the next morning and helped me pick out a similar faucet that would work. Now that is some good old-fashioned, true-blue customer service! I love Allgood Plumbing and recommend them highly!

Fine, he was professional and courteous - but he wanted 300% of what HD wants.

I DID NOT ALLOW HIM TO DO THE WORK. I KNEW THAT IT WAS A SIMPLE JOB. I WENT TO PLUMBING SUPPLY & PURCHASED THE REPAIR PARTS FOR $4.75 FOR BATHROOM & 12.90 FOR THE KITCHEN. REPAIRS TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES.

Lauren and Stephanie handled my calls in the office and got John Hutchins out to me within the week of my call (week of May 19th). On the day of service, the company sent me a profile with a picture of Mr. Hutchins Mr. Hutchins arrived just moments before the quoted 10a-2pm window started. At 10 am, he was inside, investigating the needs, and making a diagnosis. Mr. Hutching replaced a 3-handle tub/shower faucet, cutting through drywall, around a difficult work space. At our request, Mr. Hutchins prepared quotes for future work. I researched the quotes and found them to be on par with or better than other Angie's providers; so, I am having them (hopefully Mr. Hutchins) back out to do at least some of that work. The work looked nice when he finished and we have better shower performance than when we bought the home 22 years ago.

The work has not been performed yet. The estimate cost is refundable on the price of the work.

Harrison Crook was the service technician, and was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and happy to explain about the system and recommended repairs/replacement. There was no pressure to purchase anything, but luckily I decided to have the work done because the tank had already begun leaking and the shutoff valve was broken. Harrison was able to complete all the repairs the same day as the inspection. It was a very positive experience, and I'm happy to recommend both the company and Harrison Crook. (I decided to upgrade the system from a 6-year to a 10-year, and also purchased a Customer Care Lifetime Plan.)

The sewer line clogged up again near the spot that was replaced about a year later. They wanted to paid all over again to fix the problem, despite their having told me when they performed the first work, that I would never have sewer line problems again. I ended up bringing in another contractor to repair the problem because I had absolutely no confidence in Allgood.

It was not at all a good experience. Originally, they took care of two supposed leaks that I noticed while they were providing an estimate for a kitchen remodel. It turns out the water was actually coming from my water heater which was an easy fix. However, they charged me approximately $250 for unnecessary repairs. What's more is that they wouldn't accomodate me with a partial refund when I brought this issue to their attention.

Showed up early, new what to do and how to do it. Was able to answer numerous questions about how plumbing was set up in home.

Professional from start to finish. The same person who gave us the estimate was there for the day of the work and the job was done swiftly without too much disruption. They arrived a half hour earlier than expected and were done with this huge job within five hours. They had to dig a line through our front lawn to lay the pipe, but the trench wasn't so bad considering the work they had to do -- they took care to make it as narrow as possible. And they didn't leave a mess. Rather than digging down five feet to where the existing pipe was, they dug only a foot or two and bypassed the existing pipe, again so they would cause less disruption. And their estimate was the most straightforward of the three we received.

The plumber replaced the fill valves in 2 toilets, replaced a pipe, and added an expansion tank to the water heater.

On 9am Friday morning, the washing machine began leaking to the point of needed immediate action. The first thing I did was call an appliance company that was able to evaluate the problem by 12 noon. Their assessment stated that there was nothing wrong with the washing machine but it was the hoses that were causing the leak and therefore, I needed a plumber. At that point, I contacted Allgood who was able to accommodate a same day assessment as well later in the afternoon. The person I worked with to setup the appointment and payment was very courteous and helpful in facilitating this prompt response. A gentleman named Allan came out and let me know the pricing the repair the hoses which he had with him and was able to take care of the same day. However, after replacing the hoses, he turned the machine on to ensure that everything was setup properly and an audible drip was observed within the machine as it was discovered that the leak was still happening. Therefore, the only thing that would have made this an outstanding experience all the way around is if the technician would have run the machine to do an assessment before hand so that I didn't have to spend the money on new hoses.... and now still have to buy a new washing machine. On the other hand, I cannot "blame" them as I called with a specific repair request given the feedback from the appliance company which explicitly stated that it was not the machine. Also, I should note that I had to follow-up with Allen via phone call to touch base on a few other items regarding the repair over the weekend and each time he was responsive, helpful, and courteous.

When they came in to give me an estimate, they were pretty thorough. They were knowledgeable. They were good. The price is competitive.

I am happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

Great experience. From the first initial call to the completion of the job. Everything went smoothly. James the plumber was very professional and consultative with all of my options and recommended solutions. He seemed genuinely interested in what was in my best interest and the work was completed in 45 minutes above my expectations. I offered to help if he needed help lifting He drove to the other side of town just to pick up the specific toilet model that I've asked for. I didn't even have a printed coupon as required to receive the $50.00 discount but he was nice enough to accept this one time electronically.

Ken was excellent. He located the blockage in the sewer line and advised me on what to do. Unlike another plumber we consulted, Ken didn't try to sell us thousands of dollars of work we don't need. Allgood is my new plumber!

They came on time, look at the sink fix pipe and gave a estimate of something else which would have cost 620.35. Which in my estimate is very high and I will not call them back or recommend them to anyone else.

It was a great experience. Even the person who called to schedule the appointment was incredibly helpful and super nice. Everything went exactly as they said it would. They are great!

I called because of almost non-existent pressure in the bathroom sinks and a growing suspicion that my line to the street was leaking (52 year-old galvanized). Master Plumber Ken came Monday to inspect my plumbing and they started work on Wednesday, working 8 1/2 hours or so with no break and no lunch. Ken returned the next day to finish up. Ken was very proficient and responsive to my concerns.

They were very good. They sent someone who was very knowledgeable and was very on top of things!

Called Allgood plumbing for estimate on plumbing removal and reinstall due to replacing existing kitchen counter tops with granite. While there, asked them to identify and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. They stated that we had 2 leaks, one from trap and the other from valve to hot water dispenser. I was charged $239.00 for this service. However, noticed same leak that evening. Called Allgood, to which they promptly responded the next day, despite being a holiday. Discovered leak was actually from hot water dispenser tank. Coincidentally, leak was dripping in same spot as the one previously "fixed". I called the company to request a partial refund for the work done erroneously, to which they refused. They denied the misdiagnosis despite evidence to the contrary . In all fairness, all Allgood Plumbing personnel were very courteous. However, I feel cheated and gouged and will never use them again.

I needed a faucet replaced. I called at 9:30 and a plumber arrived at 10:30. 45 minutes later I had a new faucet that worked perfectly. I could not have asked for, or imagined, better service.
