The service provided was excellent. John was very professional and installed the toilet in under an hour. So far, so good!

We had water seepage around our shower stall and given that we live in a ranch style house that is built on a slab were really concerned over what might be causing this. We had contacted our regular plumber a week earlier and were told he would contact us on Wednesday or Thursday. even after calling again we had not heard from. Friday I contacted Allgood Plumbing and were told they could schedule someone to come the following day between 10 - 2. We received a call that morning to let us know that one of their plumbers was in the area and would be available to arrive an hour earlier than originally scheduled. This was great! The plumber, Scott Peck arrived and proceeded to a**** the situation. He went ahead and used a probe which discovered the location of the leak. The leak was within the wall of the bathroom. He did have to cut a piece of the sheet rock in order to do the repair. The root cause of this leak turned out to be a piece of PVC piping that the builder had failed to seal properly. (Our house is six years old.) Scott recommended that a water damage restoration company come in and determine the extent of the water damage. The company he recommended came in the following day, a Sunday, and determined that our damage was not serious enough to warrant their services and in fact something we could correct our selves. He did have a meter which showed where moisture was and instructed as to how we could correct it ourselves. There was no charge for this estimate. Needless to say if we have another emergency like this we will be calling Allgood plumbing

It went very well. James Nuckles was the tech. He didn't have the parts in the truck but ran out and picked them up, and finished both jobs in less than 2 1/2 hours. He double-checked that everything was 'tight' and was working as intended, and without further leaks. Parts/labor have a 90 warranty. James was a very personable and professional young man.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The guy was very professional and very friendly. He was easy to work with. They were clean and didn't mess up the place. It was a good experience. It was a little expensive but they did a great job. They came out the next day.

Their service was fine. They did not do the pipes; it was done by someone else but they did give us a flat rate. It actually took as long as they said it was going to take. Allgood Plumbing were pretty much spot on so they were good. I don’t like the flat fee or set fee pricing so I think I will find a hourly rate organization as opposed to the set fee.

We had a pipe in the floor to break and luckily I was able to turn the water off before any damage was done. Rather than repairing the leak, we had Allgood re-route all piping in the floor into the walls and ceilings. They did an excellent job. They also installed a pressure reducing valve. Before I closed up the walls, I noticed a leak in one of the couplings they installed. They came out and replaced it right away.

Technician came out assessed current problem and discussed options. Was very professional and up front.

This is the second time in a couple of months that I've used Allgood. From the phone rep who schedules service, to the two different plumbers who came out (Bronson and Charles, I think), they are invariably friendly, prompt and efficient. The first time Allgood came out, I had already paid another plumber several hundred dollars to address an issue with backed-up pipes. A week later, the problem was back and worse than ever, and I didn't want to call the original plumber again because I just didn't have faith in his ability to solve the problem. Allgood was better equipped (they opted for a plastic instead of metal snake to avoid damaging brittle iron pipes), worked faster, protected the area where they were working, and explained what was needed and might be needed in the future. Allgood's second visit was to replace a broken outdoor faucet. While he was there, I asked the plumber about a 'pounding' sound that I noticed when my washing machine was being filled, and when using a hose outside with a diverter. The plumber diagnosed a problem that could have turned into a disaster: pipes to and from the water heater were located in the attic but had not been braced - they were just hanging in space, and were shaking so hard when the washer was filling that they made that loud pounding noise. I went up to the attic with him, with the washing machine turned on, and saw for myself that the pipes were jerking up and down as the water pulsed through them. Since the pipes were plastic and not new, it was just a matter of time before one of them would have come loose and flooded the ceiling. He gave me an estimate to do a proper attic installation, we scheduled an appointment, and after he did the work the noise in the pipes is gone. I usually try to use independent contractors (because I am one) but when dealing with certain issues, I've found it pays to use a company that not only guarantees its work but has invested in the right equipment for any given job. Allgood is in my auto-dial now. I hope NOT to see them again soon. :-)

)From start to finish everything went pretty smooth. I originally called to have my hot water heater serviced, called set up the appointment and they were out within a couple of days as scheduled and on time. While the representative was there I had explained that I was having a hard time turning off my shower. He checked it out (I knew it needed to be replaced, it was a off brand 20yrs old and no replacement parts available.) Alan from Allgood offered to replace it that same day. He had a valve and all the parts he needed on the truck. He took care of it within a couple hours. Alan did a great job, made as little mess as possible and cleaned up everything. I would request Alan for any plumbing issues. I wish they carried a couple of products on the truck so we could have a choice. The one installed was a name brand and probably a good facet, but I would have chosen a little better quality. As far as the price, it seemed a little high ( 800.00 for the new valve and everything installed) but this was probably the going rate. All in all great job, very helpful staff.

All service providers should take note of how Allgood Plumbing approaches customer service. It's the very best I've experienced. James, the technician was able to help us the same day I called, and he was prompt and very efficient. His professionalism exceeded expectations. Not only did I get a follow-up call and email the next day to ensure the services provided were up to par, I also received a hand-written Thank You note in the mail, along with a gift card for a cup of coffee. Attention to detail, and the fact they go so far out of their way to let their customers know they actually value the business, this is how you create a customer for life. As new homeowners we didn't realize we needed to have our water heater under warranty serviced until Allgood called. The former homeowner had provided some but not all of this info at closing. Before accepting Allgood's cold call offer to come that day for a special price, I quickly checked their reputation on Angie's List, the manufacturer's online info, and how-to videos. Everything sounded good, so Charles came later the same day and did a neat job. He seemed as professional and knowledgeable as he was pleasant to be around while working and explaining the procedure. The price was in line with standards.

It went well. He was on time and professional. I liked the 50 dollar discount as well.

Charles came out quickly and he was very good about explaining the issues and showing me the problems. Very professional and he clearly knew what he was doing. Charles gave me two options about what he could do. I wanted to be rid of the old parts that were poor quality and poorly installed. Charles also gave a detailed explanation of what the costs would be. Other company that I called this morning at 6:00AM when I discovered the leak did not have time to come out until later this afternoon. I appreciate that Allgood exhibited the urgency needed in this matter.

Charles Wheeler was outstanding!!! He arrived promptly and was very professional. Inspected the situation and listened to me while I explained what happened the night before. He reviewed the pricing catalog with me and explained the various services. I am definitely happy with the service Charles provided and would use him again in the future.

The price was a little higher than I expected, but I understand that you get what you pay for. The service tech was personable professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I will use this service in the future and would recommend it to my friends and family.

For the most part, work went very well. Jared arrived on time, eliminated the blockage within a reasonable amount of time and charged what I consider a fair price. I was, however, confused by one thing. When I called for service, I asked if the company used cameras to help locate the blockage. I was told the company does. It seemed the technician did not use a camera because he came up with at least two incorrect theories before finding the location of the blockage. So it appeared to me that he did not use a camera to help locate the site of the blockage. Also, he noted that there was "no warranty" on this job. I have been in my home for more than 25 years and this is the first time I have needed the services of a plumber. I am undecided about whether I would call Allgood next time. Also, the "B" grades may be too low.

They installed a dishwasher in a house that had no previous dishwasher. They had to make some cabinet modifications to make room so it took a bit longer than normal.

Fast diagnosis of the problem and provided the easiest and cheapest solution that help stop the leak in my bathroom. Overall very happy with the service and the technician.

I was pleased with him. They were good. I chose them based on their Angie's list review. He was very nice and professional. It didn't take him long. I like the way that he communicated. He said this is what we going have to do, this is how much it is going to cost and it was the weekend which was really good and so everything worked out for me fine. He wasn't cheap, but he solved my problem and that was important to me. They have a service fee of $89 to come out and what I needed was a total of $458 but being on Angie's they took off $50 so I paid $423, but I was pleased because I have had different people looking at that thing and nobody could ever tell me what it was what was wrong and fix it for me. It has been a year and I haven't had any problems. They are very responsive and came on time. They are very professional. I would use them again in the future.
