They responded quickly. The tech. knew his business and made quick work of it. He repaired the issues quickly and there were no leaks. He tested everything thoroughly before he left.

Everything explained up front. Including all cost. Most professional repair service I have ever had in my home. Very pleased and highly recommend.

They shown up on time to give me a quote. The technicians answered all of my plumbing questions. The water line was replaced and I have not had any problems. Also, the customer service representative mailed me a nice thank you card and home baked cookies.

I needed the water pressure check in the house it wasn't right. He came and I think I purchased 69$ for maybe 200$ worth of services. He corrected that problem and while he was there, I had him look at something else which he just adjusted which took care of something else because I forgot about it when I first talked to him. When he was walking outside, he noticed a leaky spigot and said to me that he haven't done enough work here to get up to your 199$ so let me just pull ahead and fix that. he did it and it ended up having to replace the spigot. He left and I was quite pleased.

They were very professional, listened to everything we were needing, gave suggestions and emailed us a quote fairly quickly. An electrician and plumber came out at the same time. It was a little confusing because my husband stayed with one, while I went with the other and it would have been nicer if they had come at separate times so we both could have focused on what the one was saying & suggesting. I don't think I'll do that again. The quote above was just for the plumbing, they were a bit pricey for us, but that doesn't mean we wouldn't use them. Maybe they would be willing to negotiate some.

It was a very good experience. It was just pretty quick and painless. He came out on time and got the job done in about 30 minute for a reasonable cost.

Kudos to Bronson, he is the best. Thank you for being so helpful and knowledgeable. Your quick witty thinking saved us a lot of money on future repairs; however, you may have very well saved of from a very serious injury or death. Bronson evaluated the pressure on our water heater and determined that it was three times the manufacture and safe requirements, normal 50-60 psi; ours 150 psi. He additionally, advised that this elevated pressure was causing undo wear and tear on our plumbing. I felt the price was fair, the work was excellent, the customer service was Superb, Bronson was Awesome and I'm overall very happy. Came home from work to find out that a pipe burst in the bathroom, flooding three rooms and the basement. I called a couple of plumbers and Allgood was the only one that offered to re-direct one of their trucks to come within the hour to replace the broken line. Very professional and courteous.

In the past five years, my husband and I have relied on Allgood Plumbing for emergency plumbing assistance as well as installation of new fixtures. Every service visit has been handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Last Friday's service call was unusual in that we were needing estimates for replacement of two hot water heaters and well as replacement of a broken electrical switch. The plumbing estimate was handled by Mr. Gareth Evans whose knowledge and good humor made the process understandable and pleasant. Meanwhile, his co-worker Mr. Andrew Walker came at his scheduled time and completed the replacement and advised us of potential problems which might occur with an aging home.(This was the first time we had used their electrical service.) Both appointments had been coordinated to match our work schedules. This wouldn't have happened without the logistics support of Sabrina in their Loganville office. It is refreshing to work with a company that has consistent performance and experienced staff throughout the organization. You pay for quality and you get it!

Harrison C. provided helpful information needed to make an informed decision when purchasing my Navien NPE-240A Condensing Tankless Hot Water Heater. Both removal of the old water heater and installation of the new tankless system was completed in the same day. Andrew W., an electrician, provided immediate attention to address an electrical need. Both service technicians were courtesy, professional, and knowledgeable with their trade. Our family of six could not be more thrilled by the idea of having endless hot water. No more drawing the short straw on who is last to bathe. The tankless system is energy efficient and expected to generate a cost savings on our gas bill . Price quoted by Harrison was very reasonable and much less than one of the Costco "preferred" providers. The company even offers 12 months same as cash financing to qualified buyers. My husband and I could not be more pleased with our decision to choose Allgood Plumbing & Electric. Our positive experience is definitely one to share with family, friends, neighbors, and other Angie's List members!

He found the leak quickly and suggested some upgrades to help the problem to not reoccur next year. James Nuckles was very professional and very nice and knowledgeable.

Our water heater went out. I called to find out if they would come out today or tomorrow (Sat. or Sun.) and install a new unit. She said they would send out to a tech and apprise us. I explained to her that we wanted a water heater installed this weekend, please tell me if you can do this and how much it would be. She asked for all of my personal information, and I complied. Then she stated she would assign a tech to come out. I, again, asked her how much, and she replied that they only quote on site. I explained that I would not pay for a tech to come out and give me a price that I could not afford, so I needed to know the price. She seemed to take offense to that and told me it was the only way they could it, she kept trying to talk me into it, but I said thank you for your time, please delete my personal info, but that doesn't work for us. We've "been there, done that" before. They'll not tell you a price or make any commitments at all, they know you need it on the weekend, and they come out at the last minute. This way you'll not have any other choice but to agree. So, if you really need it, you'll pay whatever their price is, and if not, you'll pay a ridiculous service call fee for the pleasure of their company. Note to service providers: If you won't make a commitment or even a quote on the phone, then, at least, list that in your Angie's list ad.

The appointment went well. My scheduled time was between 2-6 pm. At 2:05 pm I received a call that a plumber would arrive within 30 minutes. I received an email with his name and picture so that I could identify him when he arrived. He (Doug) arrived within the 30 minute window. Doug was professional, courteous, and friendly. He reviewed my problem spots and gave me a price quote. They price by the job not by the hour. Work began immediately after I accepted. Doug worked efficiently and thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised when after removing caulk to do one of the repairs, he recaulked the shower faucets. (Another plumber I used in the past said, "Sorry, ma'am. That's not part of my job.") He was very comfortable working while I watched and asked questions. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as the work progressed. When the job was finished (near 6 pm), Doug cleaned up after himself and did not leave me with a big mess. That was another pleasant surprise.

Unlike some other plumbers in the area, 1) The phones were answered and calls returned promptly 2) They provided a service window. Within the window, they called to alert me to the dispatch of my technician and followed that with an email providing me with his picture. He then reliably showed up soon thereafter. 3) He fully explained the issue, showed me the defective length of pipe and quickly fixed it for exactly the amount of the quote. The price was a bit higher than quoted by other plumbers but for the reasons stated above it seems well worth the price.

Day 1 (Tuesday): My wife stayed home to meet the technician after we scheduled a service appointment online while the office was closed. The office called Monday to confirm the appointment, and called again Tuseday morning to tell her that Rodney was on his way. I can't speak to my wife's experience, but I know that when she called to relay what Rodney found that she'd felt comfortable with his level technical proficiency and had enjoyed his company. Rodney had gotten down into our pipe system with a snake-mounted camera and determined that there were roots clogging our main drain pipe out of the house, and that due to the condition of the cast iron pipe recommended replacing it. Day 2 (Wednesday): My wife tagged out and I stayed home to meet the technicians. Rodney brought out a group of subcontractors that arrived around 9am with an additional vendor to locate my utility lines to ensure they didn't cut into any power/internet/etc. cables, Rodney arrived shortly after. Once the pipe was dug up and out Rodney ran his camera-snake up from the outside just to make sure that after the pipe was replaced there would be no further problems. He identified what appeared to be a piece of PVC piping inside the pipe, most likely left over from construction of the house (built in 1979) and an additional culprit in clogging the drain. He then ran an auger down and out the main pipe just to make sure it was pushed out before the pipe between the house and septic was installed. The crew Rodeny subcontracted was great, they had to cut a concrete slab over the pipe in order to dig, but cut it in such a way that it could easily be placed back and patched. They also took the time to refill, stamp down and lay down straw on the areas where they dug. From top to bottom this company rocks, their communication is excellent and their expertise and customer service are something I've not experienced before with any utility company. They've got me locked in as a customer - any time I need plumbing or electrical service I know exactly where I'm going.

First,i will say the man was extremely friendly; however, I would not recommend this company. I called and said I had a problem with my dishwasher and while they were here maybe they could check my Toliet because the water keeps running. Within 5 minutes of shining his flashlight at both; I'm told they don't fix dishwashers and I should get a whole new Toliet. For 850 I could get a new toilet and they'd install whatever dishwasher I went out and purchased.

Our technician Gareth Evans was fantastic! He was so polite, professional and efficient. I totally recommend him and All Good Plumbing & Electric and will definitely use them again!

John did a remarkable job installing our new Navien Tankless Water Heater, and removing the two very old tank style from the premises as if they had never been there. From point of contact to payment, Allgood is incredibly professional, polite, caring, and prompt.

He was courteous, he actually went to a local store to help pick out a fixture to replace the broken, existing one. Like all electricians and plumbers these days...they are not cheap. But, unless you are a handyman (this job would have been easy for any handyman...but I am disabled) that's what you need to pay.

Very professional and efficient service tech. Alan H. quickly diagnosed, proposed a solution and resolved within an hour. Scheduling was a challenge, noting they missed their prior service date; however, we easily rescheduled. While pricing for plumbing service is always a bit stiff, the professionalism of this company is their true differentiator.

the price quoted to me over the phone turned out to be 4X the price offered by competitors and the price I finally paid another company to get the job done. I would not think of hiring them at their inflated prices.
