Marco gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job and was able to clean my carpets immediately, which was great! He explained that pet stains needed extra treatment and the cost associated with that was reasonable. He worked quickly, but thoroughly, and the carpets and stairs look so good now. Marco was very nice would have given him 5 stars, but at end of service he said he could repair some fireplace burns in carpet that he had previously said was too old to clean again.He was right, carpet 24 years old and needs to be replaced But why try to sell more service (cutting out carpet square) and trying to replace? I would use him again in future
