Marcos did an excellent job in record time. He had our carpet looking new, he got the chewing gum out of the back bedroom that our grandsons use, overall he did a wonderful job.

Instead of putting up a defense for your inadequate work, try to fix the issue. I told you EXACTLY what I needed before you started the job, so as the expert YOU should have known what to do! I paid you extra money from what I was originally quoted, so what did I pay for? I will NEVER use or recommend your services. Now as you d o defend that instead of being a professional and try to fix the issue.

Marco's service exceeded my expectations. He was very professional. He literally got on his hands and knees and scrubbed stains out of my carpet. He is also kid-friendly. He had no problem cleaning while my children were around. I will be utilizing his service again in six months.

I hired Macro's to clean the carpets of a home I had just moved into and I was not satisfied with the work. Once the carpets finally dried, they looked the same as they did before, no stains were removed and the smell remained.
