We did not go with them. They were excellent with their presentation. It was going to be a big job. I would use them again.

We were very pleased. The builder of our house, did a very poor job when they built the wall 10 years ago. They did not put in a drain, stacked the walls unevenly and did not correctly install deadman anchors. GOS removed the old wall, cut back the hill appropriately, installed the drain, and blocks and the wall is beautiful. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days. So quick! The crew was neat and friendly. They cleaned up any mess they made. Again, we were very pleased!

Fabulous! Work was done in less than three days.The workers were clean and kept any messes from spreading. They were great about cleaning up adjacent landscaping issues. All recommendations including color of blocks was right on. We were so very pleased with the work and how it was done! We will definitely call them again if we have other work to be done.

Mike was on time for the estimate and listened to what I wanted. I received an emailed quote quickly which turned out to be the lowest of 4 estimates I received. When I accepted the bid, I was given a start date for the project. Prior to the start date, my utility lines were marked at the request of the office. I had emailed Pam at the office a few times with questions which she answered promptly. My neighbor had similar work done which was done at the same time as mine. The project was started on time, completed the next day, and the results are exactly like I wanted. Mike was able to create for me exactly what I saw in my mind. The crew left the site perfectly clean. I am thrilled with the results.

Mike was very professional and prompt. The guys did a great job, cleaned everything up when they finished. I had several neighbors ask for there contact info as well. I will use them again in the future for sure.

The work was done professionally in a high-quality manner. They came when they said they would and completed the job promptly. When I first contacted this company for a quote, Mike came out within a few days and provided a complete quote. Pam answered my questions and scheduled our job. Mikecalled on Monday of the week we were scheduled and asked if we could move up the job by one day, for which we were thrilled. Mike also called the day before to confirm, and his crew appeared when he said they would. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Georgia Outdoor Services in the future.

MIke Diehl & his company did a WONDERFUL job working with us on getting trees pruned & some removed from a property we owned that was encroaching on the home. He had great ideas & noticed items of concern that I would never have noticed. He knows his stuff. We have called upon him many times to help us out with different properties & he is great person to work with on getting a job complete.

Mike was not only accommodating and responsive, but he was fast. His crew cleaned up their mess and worked non-stop until the job was done.

Georgia Outdoor Services was able to come out and provide a free quote. They provided a fair quote and discussed the job, providing advice regarding how the yard should be sloped. They wisely decided not to start the job when it was too rainy. They started on a later date and leveled and sodded the yard in one day. When we asked for a little more sod to be laid to fill out the yard, they were able to do so within a day or two. Overall, happy with the results. We were instructed how to water the sod and keep it alive, and so far, it is doing well. There are some uneven areas of the yard, but nothing major.........there were a lot of stump holes that had to be leveled.

Georgia Outdoor Services did an awesome job. I had to schedule my service 3 weeks out and they showed up on the scheduled date and finished the job in the time promised. Mike was responsive to any questions I had and his crew was polite and kept things very neat and tidey. I would definitley use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know needing a landscape contractor.

Mike and his crew were the BEST….really. First of all I interviewed 6 companies and received 6 separate quotes before I decided upon Georgia Outdoor Services. He listened the best and gave me what I wanted but with his expert opinion included to solve a severe drainage issue. Having lived here for 20 years, the backyard was “falling away”; no grass left, and a sink hole was causing water collection problems. One of the other companies (A rated on Angies List by the way…) suggested that I contact one of his “country boys” to do the work since he didn’t really want to give me a “free estimate”….So, be careful who you pick for your work. Get plenty of estimates….and, when you are done… make sure that this company and Mike is one of the ones you consider. You just can’t go wrong! I’ve included before and after pictures so that you can see the outcome. His work included removal of 5-6 large trees and stump removal, downspout burial, yard grading using existing soil and moving it for the installation of the “Sims wall”, gravel, relocation of pavers to create a new patio, re-doing the riverrock edging and installation of multiple pallets of zoysia sod. “Voila”! Thanks Mike. Your entire crew was great. Thanks and I look forward to hiring you back in the fall to work on the front landscaping!

They gave an estimate and it seemed fair and reasonable. We just went with another company. They probably would have been my second choice if this other one doesn't work out. Their customer service was as expected, I wouldn't describe it as outstanding, but it was good or above average perhaps, it was okay.

We had some thin/bald areas that we wanted to sod, but were not interested in doing more. Mike came and gave us an estimate, after which I did my homework in pricing contractors and comparing services. I was suprised to see that GA Outdoor actually did have the best pricing for what we wanted to do with our backyard. They installed the sod when they said they would, even without us there. I would say they did a good job with the installation. The only feedback I have would be for better follow up. They did not leave us watering/mowing instructions for our new sod. I recieved watering instructions when I texted him to inquire. Overall, I think the job was performed, with good pricing.

Response for a quote was quick, and when the weather permited, they came out and removed the trees, broke up the damaged concrete and poured the new slab. The only issue I had was they were not very quick in getting back to me about scheduling. I am very happy with the work performed and the professionalism of Mike and the crew.

Mike showed up when he said he would and kept me up to date in regards to any weather delays. His people did nice, quick work.

Mike came out and gave me a quote to remove/grind some stumps in addition to grading our entire backyard. I had three companies come out, but Mike's was easily the most comprehensive and most competitive. His team came out when they said they would and worked two full days to get everything perfect. His crew was professional and hard working. I can't recommend Mike enough and plan to have him come out again for more landscaping this year.

When I first called I left a message and within 15 mins they called back. We set up an appt to see the property and get a quote. We told Mike in general what we were looking for and he made suggestions on what species of plants would probably work best. I didn't want many flowering plants as I am allergic to bees so other than the 3 small drift rose bushes none of the others we had them install flowered. I was particularly happy about that! We needed some grass replaced and more timbers added to a wall we have and he said they could take care of those issues too. The quote we were given was well below what we had expected. The day all the work was done they arrived and got straight to work and continued to work all day long. The workers were nice and kept the areas they were working in neat and clean. The end producted looked amazing!! We are very happy with the results and several of our neighbors commented how nice it looked.

Mike Diehl came out and provided an estimate. He was professional and efficient. The work was performed by Mike himself a few weeks later. The job was completed in less time than initialy estimated and was exactly what I needed.

At a time when it was hard to get any estimates Mike got me one fairly quickly. His people were courteous and the work looks very good. There were little problems after the job was done -- not surprising in a big job like this -- but Mike came back and fixed it up very quickly with no hassle at all.

Great. Plus hhe replaced any damaged porperty.
