They were awesome

It was an overall splendid experience. They covered all of my furniture with the furniture pads and laid down red things on the floor to cover it. The crew was an overall joy to work with. Would definitely recommend and use again if need me.

The service was horrible and the entire staff was disrespectful and lacked customer service. I was overcharged and the team totally manipulated the time. Movers did not wear masks/booties as I had originally requested. Scratches all over my wall, floors, and appliances. ***I will never recommend this service.

It may not be the company but the people the employ makes them a piece of crap of a company I wish I had the experience these people had I was the total opposite was not worth the money spent they broke my table left a whole room

We moved recently from Decatur to Tucker. I told Susan that we had a lot of belongings and they estimated that we needed 2 trucks with 5 men for 10 hours at $299/hr. First, they arrived nearly 2 hours late. They shoved these ridiculous illegible papers in my face about insurance. Keep in mind that we were mostly packed, yet Brian insisted that it would be longer than they estimated. All they had to do was load the boxes, wrap the furniture, and disassemble the beds. It took them nearly an hour to wrap one sofa. They couldnâ t figure out how to move the kitchen table. They lost the screws to the table and the cord to my Peloton. It took them 2 1/2 hours to take half to storage. Then they took an extended lunch and frequent smoke breaks. They finally finished up at 2 am Sunday morning. They selected the boxes they wanted me to have in our apartment. Oh, they misplaced my lingerie, shoes, and handbags. They took our belongings to storage and left it in the truck on the hottest day this summer. They begrudgingly brought us the boxes we requested after my husband went to the facility to complain. Mike has yet to return my multiple calls. On top of all that we were charged a mint when they were intentionally slow. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

They were great. I worried that the young men did not have back braces on lifting the heavy items. Some of them seemed to be inexperienced, but overall it went smoothly. But unfortunately my piano was not put together correctly.

The movers were amazing! There was great communication throughout the entire process, from booking to moving day to refunding unused time after everything was moved. I moved on a weekday during peak moving season. The guys had been working until very late the night before and were still energetic, attentive, and quick. Because of the loaded moving schedule, there were some issues with the arrival time. I was frequently updated with new information and updated arrival estimates. Once the move was over, I was refunded for unused time in 15 minute increments. This was a great experience and I definitely plan to use MJC in the future.

I had another mover who couldnâ  t come so I called MJC at the last minute . I was their last move that day and they were still courteous, upbeat and efficient !

Quality and efficient work! The guys got everything done much faster than time quoted, no concerns with any damages, and they enjoyed the job which made the move easier and more fun.

John worked with us to cut costs. The teams they sent to pack on day one was led by Bryan and that team took extra special care with our valuables. The team the next day did the move for us. Lady stood out as a remarkable orchestrator, though the whole team rocked. This was a difficult move and every team member worked to make it happen for us.

I really was surprised and pleased with the level of customer service I experienced with this company. From getting my quote, to confirming my time, and showing up on time. These guys were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They explain everything to me, Answered every question and walked me through the entire moving process. I would definitely recommend them. From the turn around time of submitting my request to the immediate follow up and sending of a quote, I was very pleased with Rommel's assistance in this process. I had received other quotes that were considerably higher than MJC and it was difficult to find a comany that would be willing to take a small move. MJC did not make me feel like my need was not as important as possibly a larger move. The movers called ahead and arrived when they said they would. Everything was handled in a professional manner and paperwork in tact. No hidden fees or unnecessary fees. My only feedback I would like to offer is possibly scheduling labor where all or at least two have the skillset to put beds and desk together and breakdown. When just one person is responsible, it slows the process.The others stood around and had to wait since ther other portion of move had been completed. The team was hospitable and took care of my items. I will use MJC again for my future needs.

The customer service provided by Rommel when setting up the appointment and by Brian and his crew during the move was excellent. They were timely, professional and put the customer first.

I wanted to give two separate reviews, one for the company, and one for the movers themselves. The movers were great. They were professional, on time, and gentle with all my items. I had absolutely no problems with the movies. The estimator that was sent originally is another matter. What he did was the equivalent of a bait-n-switch. The company sent out a person name Kendall to do the estimate for the move. Kendall came out and low balled the quote about $800 cheaper than the other quotes Id received and said that MJC Movers would be cheaper because they would send more movers to do the job in the 6 hr window quoted. On the day of the move, only 4 movers were sent. It took them 11hrs to complete my move, even though I didnt move all items I originally informed Kendall I needed to have moved. The company then waited until my entire move was loaded on the truck, charged me another $1100 and told me if I didnt pay they were going to keep all my items, charge me $250 per night for storage and file a small claims case against me. The original breakdown was supposed to be $1100 for 6 hrs. They advertise at $149 per additional hr. The move was finished at 10pm, which was 7hrs additional. When I was called by the office for the payment, Kendall joined the call and said I must have added additional items to account for the 7 hrs additional time and that I should have just stopped the movers MID MOVE at the 6hr mark. He even admitted on the phone that wed discussed why the quote was so much lower then others after seeing everything I owed and still said the job could be done because they would send out more movers. Had the company sent the movers Kendall promised, it wouldnt have taken 11hrs to complete this move.

The movers were great they made everything so easy for me even though I was trying to pack up and get in their way trying to bring stuff to them they had it down and just told me I could relax because I was a frazzled mess. The overall experience was fantastic and I appreciate it everything they did a great job five stars

unprofessional, send you an invoice then tell you you have to pay now. they don't talk professional on the phone. waits to respond to tell me about fees.

They were 45 minutes late. They shorted me a man and only credited me $15. The quote was 596 I paid $713. The guy Ronnel or whatever his name is he made the reservation and said it was 4 hrs and I end up talking to Edgardo P. who has very poor customer service skills and was steady trying to over charge me regardless of what the quote stated. This company was terrible from start to finish. As if it wasn't bad enough I was shorted a man then he had one of the guys held up on the phone for 15 minutes while I paid for the time. Just udder ridiculousness!! I don't recommend MJC Movers LLC to anyone. I am disgusted to say the least. Angie's list should not have garbage like this on the site.

Excellent service. Very professional. I am very please with MJC Movers, LLC
