Description of Work: We had our cast iron pipes replaced on the ground floor of our house. The work that Catfish and his son did was great - they were very knowledgeable and did good work. However, dealing with the office was difficult and in the end, they tried to charge us $1000 for work that we were initially told was only worth $200.

 + -1 moreDELTA ARRIVED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF PROMISED TIME, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY THEN REPAIRED IT. THE PLUMBER WAS POLITE AND EVEN RE-TAPED A DRYER VENT PIPE THAT WAS LOOSE NEXT TO THE DRAIN PIPE.
