Betty and Devlin at Carpets Direct went above and beyond what they had to do to help us get a quality product at a price we could afford. We went to their showroom that was stocked with an enormous stock of samples. Gave us large samples to bring home, not little squares. Then we had an illness and upcoming surgery so we were delayed. During this time they sent a letter and called to check on how we were doing. When health was restored we went back and of course the floor we wanted was no longer on sale but they found us another one that we could afford and actually liked better. Installation: crew was on time. Communicated just to let us know they were on the way. Installation took 2 days. They took up the old carpet and removed. Moved all furniture etc. in the kitchen and bath, they removed all of the old vinyl because it had only been glued around the edges by the builder and was unstable. They leveled the floor and even removed the toilet so there would not be a seam. At the end of the second day all work was done and they cleaned everything up so well we didn't have to do a thing except sit down and enjoy. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is tired of the awful service you get from the "big box stores". I was happy to keep my business with a local company that cares about your family and is very competively priced. I had gotten three other estimates and prices were within a few dollars the same but the service was the difference, Betty and Devlin care about your family and want you to be happy. Every time I walk in these rooms I smile. They are beautiful.
