Lawns-N-Logs

We used Lawn N Logs in October of this year to remove several large trees in our backyard as well as a large pile of tree debris from trees we had cut down on our own. Logan and his team were extremely friendly, punctual, professional, thorough and performed the job in a timely manner at a very fair price. We had purchased a new house and had identified approximately 12 large trees in the backyard that we wanted removed. As Logan and his team got to work, we realized that we needed to add several more trees to the list to come down as well as some grading work to be done to the property. Logan gladly accepted the addition to the project even though it added to the timeline. Some of the trees were close to the house and we were never worried even for a second that any of the trees would fall on or even near the house. These guys know what they are doing! Lawn N Logs did great work in a timely manner with a friendly and professional demeanor. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again for all of our landscaping needs!

This company has done a great job so far, The weather has hampered the completion of the job but it was not just a few trees they had to cut. Thus far they have cut and mulched almost 75 trees and have about 16 more to go. In the spring I plan on having them sod my back yard.

Contractor arrived for consultation,as scheduled. Surveyed the project, gave a price for completion; then gave a date for the job to be done. I have not seen or heard from him since the day of that consultation!!! I have only given one star for each question because this form does not allow me to leave them blank.

Slow to get work done. Did great job on cutting grass, edging and cutting trees. Poor work on trimming hedges and clean up

Logan was vey understanding with what I needed to get done with kudzu issue I had. Very professional and on time. Hired him for another job few weeks ago, would call him again for future lawn care needs.

This guy came out on time. He didn't give me an estimate. He took photos of the job and said he would be in touch. I called him twice and he never provided me with the estimate. Dont waste your time with these guys.

We contracted for three trees to be cut. and were originally scheduled to start on Thursday May 11, 2017. However due to windy conditions the contractor advised that he would delay the job to the following day, Friday, May 12, 2017. He failed to start by 10 AM on Friday and after cutting down 1 tree advised us that he would not return until Monday because it was Mother's day weekend. Hhhhhhmmmm. Because he mentioned he had other jobs, and showed up late in the afternoon on both Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, it is my belief that he was completing other job and intentionally delaying our job. This was inconsiderate and unacceptable. It would have taken even longer but I advised my husband to let him know he was being inconsiderate and causing us additional expenses. It unnecessarily delayed the completion of our driveway.

LOL came before our scheduled appt., they were concerned about the upcoming job and we are very pleased with the results.
